Akakia House has an entrance on the high ground floor, with four steps above the courtyard level. It can accommodate up to six people in two bedrooms - one with a double bed, while the other has bunk beds. The living room features a sofa that can serve as a bed for two. Upon request, at no extra cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided to facilitate the stay for families with young children.
Guests can enjoy various amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with access to the Netflix platform, as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge and freezer, a stove with an oven and four burners, as well as practical appliances such as a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
