Fotini House is located in Ormylia, 6.5 km from the nearest beach in Psakoudia, in a quiet and pleasant setting, ideal for guests who wish to spend their holiday away from the tourist crowds. It is situated right at the entrance to Sithonia, approximately halfway between its eastern and western coasts, making it a convenient base for exploring Sithonia as well as other parts of Halkidiki. The accommodation is modern and nicely furnished, with a spacious and functionally arranged interior that provides plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Guests also have access to a spacious outdoor area, which adds to the overall comfort and allows them to enjoy spending time outdoors. Ormylia is a quiet village with basic amenities for everyday needs, while the popular resort of Psakoudia and its long sandy beach are just a few minutes away by car. Its convenient location also provides easy access to numerous beaches in Sithonia, allowing guests to choose different parts of the coast each day and explore the surrounding resorts.

The property offers two two-bedroom apartments, located on the elevated ground floor. They can accommodate up to six adults and consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two joined single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with satellite channels and a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Guests can also use the shared washing machine free of charge.

Guests can relax on the private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, while a shared barbecue is available for preparing meals. There is also a fenced and well-maintained yard with a gazebo, sun loungers, outdoor seating and toys for children, providing a pleasant space for relaxation and spending time outdoors.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
