Hotel Description

**Evi Pansion offers six accommodation units for 2-5 people. In addition to the good location, its main advantage is a small courtyard behind the house, with a lounge area, shared kitchen and barbecue. **

The center is 350m away, the nearest supermarket is at 150m, the nearest bakery is at 50m away, and the restaurant is 30m away. There’s a small unorganized beach 30m from the house and the nearest organized beach (Alikes) is 1km away.

Budget studios (20-30m2) are located in the basement. One is double (2+1), one is triple, and two are quadruple. The double and triple studios have a small fridge and 2-ring hob in the kitchen, while the quadruple has a mini-stove with oven and a large fridge. The double, triple and one quadruple studio have a shower cabin in the bathroom, while the second quadruple studio has a bathtub. The studios have no terrace.

Two quintuple apartments (40m2) are located on the first and second floor. The apartments have a terrace with awning, two air conditioners, two TV sets, a safe box and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is fitted with one double bed, and the dining room with a kitchen has sofa beds for three. Both apartments have a large fridge in the kitchen, one has a large stove and the second has a mini-stove with oven.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request at time of booking, and you can get a hairdryer from the owner when you need it.

Cleaning is carried out daily and towels and linen are replaced every third day.

The shared kitchen consists of a barbecue, seating area with a big table, sink and a small fridge.

The accommodation has an elevator.

They have no private parking, so guests park their vehicles on the street.

Pansion Evi is a very beautiful and clean establishment; the owners are exceptionally courteous; cleanliness is impeccable; the island, however, is ideal for a calmer holiday with pristine waters.

The accommodation is satisfactory. Everything is very clean. The only minor complaint is that in the room where we were accommodated, there is only a shared terrace.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
