Nikos House is located in a quiet environment ideal for families in the Paradissos beach area, 50 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach. This recently opened complex near Neos Marmaras in Sithonia, has three rooms that can accommodate 12 people at a time.

Paradisos Beach is located in the region of Neos Marmaras on the Sithonia peninsula, at a distance of 125km from Thessaloniki. The beach is 500m from the resort of Neos Marmaras. Paradissos beach was awarded the European Blue Flag and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure, with apartments and studios to suit different budgets. This is a true paradise with golden sand, crystal clear waters and lush vegetation that gives the city an exotic look.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
