In the town of Neos Marmaras, we have available for you two new-built maisonettes (110m2) for a family of up to six persons.
Each one of them is a 3-floor building and is equipped with two bedrooms, two toilettes, TV, air condition and a kitchen.
The maisonettes are very close to Paradissos beach and have a great view to the sea and the Toroneos Gulf.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani , Meni su potrebne dve mezonete u periodu od 17/18 za 8 noci ,da li su u tom periodu slobodne obe kuce, kako rezervisati i da li imamo popust posto bi isla rezervacija na obe mezonete , Hvala

Da li ima slobodan smeštaj u objektu Petunia, za 4 odraslih i dvoje dece,tačnije dve porodice?Period je od 16 do 29.jula na 10 do 12 noći.Kolika je cena? Molim za još neku informaciju vezanu za ovaj smeštaj.

Poštovani, da li su na raspolaganjanju 2 mezoneta za 4 porodice (ukupno 8 odraslih i 5 dece - 7g+8g+8g+9g+11g) za termin u julu 2018 (nije preciziran datum) 10 noćenja? Kolika je ukupna cena (za ranu rezervaciju i rezervaciju nakon promo perioda)?

Poštovani,da li je ova cena za navedeni period od 14.07.do 23.07. za 6 osoba ili 5 +doplata za šestu.Piše u cenovniku kapacitet 6 osoba,a posle stoji da se za šestu osobu doplaćuje 10€ dnevno?Molila bih što brži odgovor,hvala unapred.

Da li je slobodan smjestaj za 4 odraslih i troje dece u starosti od 4,5 i 2 godine u periodu od 15-25.06. Kolika bi bila cena ako bi platili u celosti do 31.03. i da li je u cenu ukljucen i dorucak? Pozdrav

Potrebna nam je jedna mezoneta za 4 odraslih i troje dece dve porodice od kojih dvoje spavaju u krevetu sa odraslima, još jedna mezoneta za 4 odraslih i dvoje dece takođe spavaju sa roditeljima. Da budu jedna do druge u periodu od 9.7.2017. do 19.7.2017. Molim vas javite mi cenu i da li je slobodno.
