Description
Petunia Maisonettes is located near the heavenly beach of the Paradisos area. The accommodation units are comfortable and clean, making it an excellent choice for families who wish to vacation near the beach with complete privacy.
The accommodation is about 600m away from the famous Paradisos beach, while the center of Neos Marmaras and the city beach are just over a kilometer away. The nearest store is about 500m from the accommodation, and right by the sea, there are several snack bars, taverns, and restaurants.
There are two maisonettes available (110m2) that offer a distant sea view and can accommodate up to six people. They have three levels, three terraces, and two verandas. It is a cascading construction.
On the first level in one maisonette (on the ground floor level, viewed from the back, there is a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and curtain. You also have access to a washing machine and an iron for clothes. In the other maisonette, there are two connected single beds and no kitchen.
On the second level in one maisonette (at the front on the ground floor level - the main entrance to the maisonette, and at the back on the first-floor level) there is a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, an electric Nescafe mixer, an electric kettle, a stove with an induction hob (four burners in the other maisonette) and an oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. The living room has two sofas and a TV (one sofa in the other maisonette). The living room leads to a very spacious balcony, and there are seating sets on the veranda and in the yard.
On the third level (on the second level, or the first floor, at the front) there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, its own terrace, wardrobe, and air conditioning (one room also has a TV). The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a shower cabin with a curtain (the second maisonette does not have a curtain).
Guests also have access to WiFi, a hairdryer, additional air conditioning units, mosquito nets, and a private barbecue. As for parking, there is no need to worry because the accommodation has private parking.
Linen and towel change, as well as cleaning, are done every five days. The owners can also provide a crib for a child, and pets are allowed for an extra charge. The front yard of the house is fenced and safe, while at the back of the house, there is a veranda with a seating set. This part of the yard is extremely pleasant.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna nam je jedna mezoneta za 4 odraslih i troje dece dve porodice od kojih dvoje spavaju u krevetu sa odraslima, još jedna mezoneta za 4 odraslih i dvoje dece takođe spavaju sa roditeljima. Da budu jedna do druge u periodu od 9.7.2017. do 19.7.2017. Molim vas javite mi cenu i da li je slobodno.
