This accommodation is at a distance of 40m from Paradissos Beach, while it is located at a distance of 3.6km from the city beach.

By The Sea House is a one-story house, and according to its structure, it is a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. It has a living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedrooms have one double bed each, while the living room has a sofa for one person and one bed for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot and baby-feeding highchair are available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a fan, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea or the yard, on the furnished veranda.

The guests of this accommodation, as part of the price, have at their disposal sunbeds and umbrellas that they can take to the beach, but with the obligation to return them daily.

The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 40€ per service. The accommodation has to be paid in cash upon check-in (card payment is not possible).

A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
