Our description
Although it's located on the main road in Porto Koufo, Kofos Limin Studios is very nicely tucked in and the noise of the cars doesn't bother the guests who'd like to rest. It is a great choice for anyone looking for a decent and well-maintained accommodation at affordable prices.
Accommodation is located about 200m from the sea and about 600m from the nearest supermarket.
In the offer are eight studios (25m2). Two triple studios have one double and a single bed, a double studio has one double or two single beds, while five quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. Each studio has its own balcony, internet, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchen and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
The additional quality of this accommodation is a spacious and enclosed yard with something for everyone. For the youngest, there's a playground behind the house, and in the extension to the right, there's a covered barbecue area with table, chairs, TV and mini bar. Decorative details in the marine style at every step contribute to the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly owner is available to the guests for everything they need. Private parking is provided for all guests.
It is easy to reach Kofos Limin, as it is located on the main road. Just drive the main road and after passing the Meliton Hotel, after 100m, from the direction of Neos Marmaras, on your left you will see the accommodation Kofos Limin.

Kofos Limin Studios is the accommodation in Porto Koufo Sithonia, in a pleasant environment, just 100m from the sandy beach. This small and economical complex consists of eight double, triple and quadruple studios (25m2), composed of a fully equipped kitchen (electrical stove top with three plates, electric kettle, small oven, dishes), air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, shower, hairdryer, wireless internet and balcony. In the green and grassy courtyard with paved paths, there are a playground for children, a summer house and a barbecue area. Pets are allowed after consultation with the owners. Within the building, there is parking space for your vehicles. The nearest tavern is at 100m, marina and supermarket are at 500m, Neos Marmaras is 20km and Thessaloniki is 140km away from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
