Although it’s located on the main road in Porto Koufo, Kofos Limin Studios is very nicely tucked in and the noise of the cars doesn’t bother the guests who’d like to rest. It is a great choice for anyone looking for a decent and well-maintained accommodation at affordable prices.

Accommodation is located about 200m from the sea and about 600m from the nearest supermarket.

In the offer are eight studios (25m2). Two triple studios have one double and a single bed, a double studio has one double or two single beds, while five quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. Each studio has its own balcony, internet, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchen and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days. The stay of small pets is allowed, but they must not be left alone in the room or courtyard; they must always be supervised by their owners.

The additional quality of this accommodation is a spacious and enclosed yard with something for everyone. For the youngest, there’s a playground behind the house, and in the extension to the right, there’s a covered barbecue area with table, chairs, TV and mini bar. Decorative details in the marine style at every step contribute to the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly owner is available to the guests for everything they need. Private parking is provided for all guests.

It is easy to reach Kofos Limin, as it is located on the main road. Just drive the main road and after passing the Meliton Hotel, after 100m, from the direction of Neos Marmaras, on your left you will see the accommodation Kofos Limin.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
