Hotel Description

Xristina House is a charming cottage located near the port in the village of Porto Koufo. Nestled in a small courtyard, far from the noise, it can be an excellent choice for guests seeking a peaceful vacation by the sea.

The accommodation is 150m away from the beach and approximately 300m from the nearest market and well-known taverns. The beach is sandy and narrow, but the entrance to the water is rocky in some parts.

The house is designed for four people. In the living room, there is a single bed and a sofa.

In a separate bedroom, there is a double bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a single burner, a large fridge with a freezer, a fryer, a kettle, and necessary utensils.

The bathroom features a shower (tiled only) and is partially enclosed with glass.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. In the small courtyard, there are a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park in front of the accommodation.

Towel and linen replacement, as well as apartment cleaning, are done every three nights.

The owners are very kind and available to guests almost at all times, as they live in the same courtyard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
