Our description
Diogenis Studios is a brand new and extremely neat accommodation on the main road, near the port in Porto Koufo, where a few taverns and stores are to be found.
The beach is about 350m away and the nearest supermarket is at about 150m.
In the offer are five quadruple studios and two triple apartments. Three studios have a sea view, while two have a garden view. Some studios have one double bed and two single beds, while some have one double bed and one folding sofa. The apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one sofa in the kitchen area.
Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned, has a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, tumble dryer, shower tray with a curtain in the bathroom, hairdryer and equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer and hotplates
Cleaning and replacement of towels are provided every second day, while bed linen is replaced every fourth day.
In the small courtyard, there are plenty of toys for children, as well as built barbecue with seating sets ideal for hanging around. There's a marked parking space in front of the yard.
Driving from the direction of Toroni, at about 30m before turning to Porto Koufo, you will see this accommodation on the right-hand side of the main road.
Due to the fenced yard with lots of toys, Diogenis Studios can be a good choice for families with small children.

Diogenis Studios is the accommodation at 50m from the sea and consists of 10 studios an d apartments with a view of the port and the beautiful green of the forest and mountains. All are fully equipped and easily accommodate up to four persons.

Porto Koufo is a small fishermen town in southeastern Sithonia, with the biggest natural harbour in Greece and rich history. There are 100 permanent inhabitants & few houses, but during summertime, there are more people due to tourism and visitors. Here, in one of the most beautiful places on Halkidiki and whole Greece, that combines the green of the mountain and the deep blue of the crystal clear sea, we have created for you Diogenis Studios, a unique unit, especially for your relaxation combined with a very pleasant stay for your summer holidays.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Počev od modernog dizajna, čistoće, lokacije, pogleda na more sa velike prostrane terase, izuzetno ljubazna porodica domaćini sve je bilo na visokom nivou!

Lepo, udobno, cisto. Sasvim zadovoljavajuc odnos cene i kvaliteta. Smestaj je na glavnoj putu, sto nam je odgovaralo. Poseduje sve sto je vam potrebno. Prostrana terasa, dvoriste, kao na slikama. Odlican wi-fi.

Pozitivno: Uredno, čisto, domaćini ljubazni, prostor mali ali je sve praktično. Ima svoj parking. Postoji prostor za roštilj. Negativno: Apartman okrenut putu, dosta saobraćaja, noću bučno. Dečiji kreveti koji su na galeriji ( spratu) bi mogli biti bolji ( dušeci).

Odličan smeštaj koji sadrži sve što je neophodno za ugodan boravak kao kod kuće. Izuzetno čisto i lepo, vlasnici uvek nasmejani, raspoloženi i uslužni, učinili su da naš odmor bude savršen. Mirna lokacija, bez gužve, za ljubitelje ribe i morskih plodova u blizini je nekoliko vrhunskih restorana. Rado bi se vratili i uvek preporučili i ovaj smeštaj kao i lokaciju.
