Hotel Description

Diogenis Studios is a brand new and extremely neat accommodation on the main road, near the port in Porto Koufo, where a few taverns and stores are to be found.

The beach is about 350m away and the nearest supermarket is at about 150m.

The offer includes one double studio, five quadruple studios, and two triple apartments. Three studios have a courtyard view, and three have a sea view, as do the two apartments. Some units have a double bed and two single beds, while others have a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the room with the kitchen.

Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned, has a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, tumble dryer, shower tray with a curtain in the bathroom, hairdryer and equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer and hotplates

Cleaning and replacement of towels are provided every second day, while bed linen is replaced every fourth day.

In the small courtyard, there are plenty of toys for children, as well as built barbecue with seating sets ideal for hanging around. The designated parking area is located in front of the yard and can accommodate four vehicles for an additional fee. Free parking, reserved exclusively for guests of this accommodation and with enough space for all guests, is available 100 meters from the accommodation.

Driving from the direction of Toroni, at about 30m before turning to Porto Koufo, you will see this accommodation on the right-hand side of the main road.

Due to the fenced yard with lots of toys, Diogenis Studios can be a good choice for families with small children.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
