Our description
The accommodation To Kyma del Mar is located on the promenade in Psakoudia, right by the sea. A fantastic location, as well as its own restaurant and bar with sun loungers, are just a few of the conveniences that this villa offers.
The nearest mini market is located 250m away from the accommodation, a bakery is 450m away, and a larger market, Masutis, is about 1.5km away.
All accommodation units are located on the first floor.
Triple studio No.1 has one double bed and one single bed, a small terrace with a direct view of the sea.
Double studio No.2 has one double bed, a small terrace with a direct view of the sea.
Quadruple apartment No.3 has two rooms separated by sliding doors. In the first room, there are bunk beds, and in the second room, there is one double bed. We would like to point out that the room with bunk beds does not have windows and does not have access to the terrace, but it is necessary to pass through the second room to reach the terrace. The terrace has a direct view of the sea.
Quadruple studio No.4 has a double bed and bunk beds. The terrace is separated from the terrace of studio No.5 by a lower fence and has a view of the hill.
Quadruple apartment No.5 has a living room with a kitchen, where there are bunk beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. The terrace is spacious, separated from the terrace of studio No.4 by a lower fence, and has a view of the hill and the forest.
In all units, except in studio No.5, the kitchen is located on the terrace and is equipped with a hob with two burners, a small fridge, a table and chairs, as well as the necessary utensils. The kitchen in studio No.5 is integrated into the room, not on the terrace, equipped like the others, only with a large refrigerator, not a small one. The bathroom in all units has a shower cabin with a curtain.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi internet and TV. In front of studio No.5, inside the building, there is another shared terrace that all guests can use.
Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity, along the street where there is usually space.

Located in a favored location, on the promenade next to the sea, in Psakoudia, Del Mar accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring the town and its surroundings. It is situated just a few steps away from cafes, bars, small shops, and local taverns. A forty-five-minute stroll along the coast to the nearby town of Gerakini is ideal.
Del Mar accommodation is situated by the sea, in Halkidiki. Being at the beginning of the promenade, it has been one of the most popular accommodations for years. The proximity to the beach and the town center is highly valued. Del Mar accommodation is run by a family and offers three separate studios with sea-view terraces on the upper floor, as well as two apartments. The house also has its own beachside restaurant and bar with sun loungers. The location itself is vibrant during the summer months. Enjoy the view of the azure blue sea from the beach bar or restaurant.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani zanima me ovaj smeštaj u terminu od 24 jula do 31.U pitanju su dve odrasle osobe i 3 dece.Najmladje ima 6 godina i mogao bi da spava sa nama.Kako ja to mogu potvrditi i rezervisati posto vidim da je slobodan u tom terminu.Unapred hvala

Studio je premali i za dve osobe a imao je čak 4 kreveta, bio je nekomforan i prljav od početka. Kuhinja je bila odvratna, ormarić ubuđan sa musavim sudovima koje smo morali da dezinfikujemo pre upotrebe. Peškiri i posteljina su bili uflekani a ćebad koje smo koristili kad je bila oluja i kad je naglo zahladnelo su bila prašnjava ( kao da nikad nisu oprana). Tuš kada se zapušila drugi dan od dolaska ali su brzo razrešili taj problem i to im je jedini plus.

Psakoudia is a good vacation place, especially for families with children. The place has invested in children's corners where you can freely let the children play safely while you enjoy your drink. There are mini markets every 50 meters and at the exit there is a large and cheaper market. There are quite enough restaurants and pizzerias that offer a good menu with solid prices. As for the beach, there are much better and more beautiful ones, but it is perfectly fine, clean, sandy, organized, with clear water in the sea. Sunbeds are available for use only with a drink order. There is also enough free space to set up your own umbrella on the beach. Positive sides for To Kyma Del Mar Studios: 1. Comfortable apartment, ideal for parents with 2 to 4 children. 2. Two large balconies. 3. Large fridge and kitchen. 4. Constantly available air conditioning, without limit (regardless of whether you are present in the apartment or not) 5. Available private parking. Negative sides for To Kyma Del Mar Studios: 1. The apartment was not clean, especially the toilet. It was disgusting when we arrived. (NOTE: The time of arrival is respected, from our side, 14:45 greek time) 2. Constant smell from the kitchen of the restaurant which is positioned below the apartments. 3. There is no "hot" water for showering. 4. The towels were not changed at all, and they smelled bad. 5. Аlthough we had a request for a baby cot during the reservation, we did not receive it. 6. The main bedroom mattress was in a very bad condition.

Čitajući recenzije bila sam zabrinuta i dovela u pitanje boravak u ovom objektu. Zajedno sa suprugom odlučimo da ipak idemo i zaista nismo se pokajali ni jedne sekunde. Ljubazno osoblje, smeštaj ne plaži,terasa sa pogledom na more, bez komaraca, klima radi savršeno i to bez doplate, kuhinja odlična.Objekat poseduje svoje ležaljke na plaži a nama nisu čak ni tražili da poručimo piće za korišenje, naravno da smo zbog toga sedeći u prirodnoj hladovini i zbog zaista odlične kuhinje ostajali baš ovde i ručavali. Psakoudija je malo mesto gde već u ponoć čujete samo šum talasa. Prostrana plaža, čista, more toplo, mi smo zaista uživali.

Sramota šta se izdaje kao smeštaj, nema nikakvih prednosti, nije čisto, nema tople vode u jednoj reči, skrnavi su i takve smeštaje treba inspekcija da zatvori.
