An excellent accommodation. A great balance between price and quality. It has all the necessary amenities, along with some additional conveniences (hairdryer, safe, air conditioning that can run continuously). The host is very kind. It is suitable for families with small children, as the beach is just across the street. The view from the terrace is fantastic.

Hello everyone! My husband, baby, and I were accommodated in studio number 2. We truly have no complaints; the accommodation is a bit smaller, but we chose it ourselves. It has everything we need for living during these 7-10 days. Everything is clean. The air conditioning works without extra charge, there are mosquito nets, and hot water is available. The landlord is fine; we didn’t talk much with him. Upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were greeted by the waiters who were incredibly polite. The beach is literally right in front; you just need to cross the street. It’s clean, the sea is calm and quite warm. Psakudija as a place is quite small, with just one street. There’s no crowd. It’s an ideal spot for families with small children. Therefore, we are quite satisfied.

The studio was too small for two people, yet it had four beds. It was uncomfortable and dirty from the very beginning. The kitchen was disgusting, and the cabinet was filled with filthy dishes that we had to disinfect before use. The towels and bed linens were stained, and the blankets we used during the storm and sudden cold were dusty, as if they had never been washed. The shower got clogged on the second day of our stay, but they quickly resolved that issue, which is their only positive point.

Psakoudia is a delightful vacation destination, particularly suited for families with children. The area has invested in children's corners where you can safely allow your kids to play while you savor your drink. Mini markets are conveniently located every 50 meters, and at the exit, there is a larger and more affordable market. There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias offering a commendable menu at reasonable prices. As for the beach, while there are more beautiful and superior ones, it is perfectly acceptable, clean, sandy, well-organized, with clear waters. Sunbeds are available for use only with a drink order. Additionally, there is ample free space to set up your own umbrella on the beach. Positive aspects of To Kyma Del Mar Studios: 1. Comfortable apartment, ideal for parents with 2 to 4 children. 2. Two spacious balconies. 3. Large fridge and kitchen. 4. Air conditioning available at all times, without limits (regardless of your presence in the apartment). 5. Private parking available. Negative aspects of To Kyma Del Mar Studios: 1. The apartment was not clean, especially the toilet. It was unpleasant upon our arrival. (NOTE: The arrival time was respected on our part, 14:45 Greek time) 2. A constant odor from the kitchen of the restaurant located below the apartments. 3. There is no "hot" water for showering. 4. The towels were never changed and had an unpleasant smell. 5. Although we requested a baby cot during the reservation, we did not receive one. 6. The mattress in the main bedroom was in very poor condition.

After reading the reviews, I was concerned and questioned my stay at this establishment. Together with my husband, we decided to go anyway, and we truly did not regret it for a single second. The staff was courteous, the accommodation was complimentary, there was a terrace with a view of the sea, no mosquitoes, the air conditioning worked perfectly without extra charges, and the kitchen was excellent. The property has its own sun loungers on the beach, and they didn’t even ask us to order drinks for use. Naturally, because of this, we stayed here and had lunch while enjoying the natural shade and the truly excellent cuisine. Psakoudija is a small place where, even at midnight, you only hear the sound of the waves. The beach is spacious, the sea is clean and warm - we really enjoyed ourselves.

Overall - a transitional assessment, we had a pleasant time.

It is a disgrace that such accommodations are being offered; they have no advantages, are not clean, and lack hot water. In a word, they are filthy, and these establishments should be shut down by the authorities.

The accommodation is very close to the beach; the rooms are small and narrow, as is the terrace. It is clean, but the furniture is old. The kitchen is on the terrace, and the air conditioning and TV work excellently.

The location is excellent. The beach is literally 10 meters away, with sun loungers and umbrellas included, but when the kids want to play in the sand, it's right next to it. This rating is due to the cobwebs and dust, which I believe is from last year. The air conditioning was so dirty that it couldn't cool. After I cleaned the filters (which takes 5 minutes), the situation changed drastically. The bedding was not changed during our stay.

Dear guests, the comfort is somewhat lacking, except in the apartment. I have seen several comments regarding hygiene, but I cannot say that it is dirty. Below, you will find their excellent restaurant, so you need not worry about breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The beach is sandy, literally just across the street, but the entry into the sea is marked by some rocky slabs that can be painful, along with a step where people plunge into deeper water, after which it becomes shallow again, so we did not particularly like that part. We swam immediately to the left at the next beach bar where the sand is present both on the shore and in the water. To the right, there is a free area for setting up umbrellas. You receive sunbeds with your drinks. The price-to-quality ratio is satisfactory.

The location is excellent, the hospitality of the host is as expected, though there could be a bit more oversight regarding the quality of work by the women preparing accommodations for tourists.

I would not recommend it to anyone. The price for the front row by the beach is reasonable, but considering that Psakudija is a small place, I believe the price is high compared to what is offered. Sun loungers with umbrellas are not free, just like in other beach cafes, and they require a drink order. The water entry in front of the studio is not satisfactory, so we swam about a hundred meters to the right. Comfort rating is 3, only because we stayed in apartment number 5, which is very spacious. The other apartments are quite small, and some have kitchens on the terrace. It was cleaned, but only because we wanted to give up the accommodation. The owner is uninterested, avoids contact because he doesn't speak English, and just leaves until his wife arrives. We did not have hot water for 4 days, and each time you have to shout at the owner to turn on the pump.

Extremely poor. Dirty. Disorganized.

Check-in for the room is at 2 PM. We arrived with two children at 2:30 PM, and the room was not ready. The cleaning staff was not present, so we waited for an hour, and the room was never cleaned. The terrace was dirty, and our linens were never changed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Overall, the hygiene of the accommodation is very poor.

Psakoudia is a small, tranquil place, perfect for those seeking a true getaway. The To Kyma del Mar apartments are located right on the beach, and the hosts are exceptionally kind, truly deserving of all praise. The food at their restaurant is delicious, and the service is excellent. We are thoroughly satisfied! In short, we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!
