The apartment, situated on a high ground floor, is designed to accommodate two adults and two children. It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The interior is carefully arranged: the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that converts into a bed for two. This layout ensures a pleasant and practical experience for both short and extended stays.

A baby crib is provided for guests free of charge.

The apartment is fully equipped to provide guests with all the comforts of a carefree vacation. Amenities include air conditioning for refreshment during warm days, free Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom for entertainment and relaxation.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
