Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The apartment, situated on a high ground floor, is designed to accommodate two adults and two children. It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The interior is carefully arranged: the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that converts into a bed for two. This layout ensures a pleasant and practical experience for both short and extended stays.
A baby crib is provided for guests free of charge.
