Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Stella's Petite Blue House is located in Psakoudia, in Sithonia, just 65m away from the beach. This modernly equipped apartment with a partial sea view provides a peaceful atmosphere and comfort, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no additional cost.
The air-conditioned unit is equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a standard refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, a partial sea view can be enjoyed.
