Lilia Sunrise Maisonette is located in Psakoudia, about 250 m from the beach, in a resort known for its relaxed atmosphere and good location for a holiday in Sithonia. The accommodation is a good choice for families and groups who want to stay close to the sea, with enough space for a comfortable summer holiday and practical access to everyday amenities. Thanks to its location near the coast, sea views, and an ambience suitable for a quieter stay, this maisonette provides a pleasant base for a relaxed holiday in one of the more pleasant places in Halkidiki.
This is an apartment that is structured as a maisonette on three levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight adults. The lower level, in the semi-basement of the building, is designed as an additional bedroom with a bathroom and is connected by stairs to the main living area. On the middle level, or rather on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, which is the central part of the accommodation for spending time together, relaxing, and preparing meals. The upper level, or attic, is set aside as a quieter sleeping area and has two bedrooms and a second bathroom, which makes the stay more practical for larger families or groups. The lower sleeping area has a double bed and two single beds. On the upper level, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, which makes it easier for families with babies to organize their stay and makes the accommodation more practical for a family vacation.
The apartment’s equipment is tailored to guests who want a more comfortable and independent stay during their vacation. Air conditioning contributes to a more pleasant temperature in the space, while a fan is available in the semi-basement area, which further facilitates their stay on warmer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet, TV, a washing machine, and a hairdryer, which makes their stay more practical, especially during a longer vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster, providing good conditions for preparing meals, drinks and dishes from the oven during your stay.
The exterior of the accommodation is complemented by balconies overlooking the courtyard, the street and the side of the sea, so guests have additional space that naturally connects to the interior of the apartment. The courtyard area is more simply decorated, but it can be useful to guests during their summer stay, especially because of the outdoor shower and shared barbecue that are at their disposal.
Staying with pets is allowed at no additional charge, which makes the accommodation a more practical choice for guests who want to bring their pet on vacation.
During their stay, the guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, in accordance with their habits and needs. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available in the apartment, so guests can use and change them independently during their stay. After your stay, a final cleaning is required, which is charged additionally and allows the accommodation to be properly prepared for the next guests.
Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, but a guaranteed parking space is not provided. The availability of parking spaces depends on the current availability in the area.
Located on the west coast of Sithonia, Psakoudia is a resort that is most suitable for guests who want a simple, quiet, and stress-free holiday by the sea. Its long sandy beach, with a gradual entry into the water, is suitable for families with children, but also for couples and travelers who prefer a relaxed atmosphere to large tourist crowds. The place has enough amenities for a pleasant everyday stay, such as taverns, cafes, small shops and promenades along the coast, while larger towns and a more diverse offer can be reached by car. Thanks to its location between Nea Moudania and Nikiti, Psakoudia is also a practical starting point for visiting Sithonia, its beaches, olive groves and natural landscapes for which this part of Halkidiki is famous. This combination of sea, green surroundings and a calmer summer rhythm makes it a good choice for guests who want a leisurely vacation, but with the ability to easily explore the surroundings. The accommodation is about 72 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.
