Our description
Tonia Villa is located on the main road in Sarti in a large yard full of greenery and therefore can be a good choice for families with children and guests for whom the distance from the beach is not crucial when choosing accommodation.
It's located 450m away from the beach and the nearest supermarket and bakery, and about 1.5km from the center of Sarti.
It has two quadruple studios on the ground floor. The studios have one double bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with two hot plates, kettle, coffee maker and the necessary utensils. The bathrooms have enclosed shower with a curtain. The studios have enclosed porch in the ground floor with table, chairs and a drying rack. Both accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot. Also, there is a possibility to use the washing machine for an additional fee.
In the large, grassy yard, full of flowers and trees, private parking is provided, and guests can use the barbecue. Guests are in charge of cleaning the accommodation units, towels are changed every three nights, and bed linen is changed in the middle of your vacation.
Tonia Villa is well marked and on the main road, so you will certainly not miss it. If you are coming from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see it on the right.
Tonia Villa is a good choice for families with small children as well as for those who want to visit nearby beaches in Sarti.

Villa Tonia is located at 150 meters from the Blue Flag beach in Sarti, three minutes walk from the tavernas, shops and bars by the beach.
All bright and airy studios at Villa Tonia are air-conditioned and include a kitchenette with a mini stove, refrigerator and coffee maker, bathroom with shower, TV with satellite channels, free wireless internet and balconies overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard which contains accessories barbecue. The youngest guests can have fun on the playground on site. There is free private parking
Restaurants, bars and shops in the center of Sarti are 1km away from the villa.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
