Hotel Description

Petros House is located in the old part of Sarti, near the beach and the center. It is suitable for all those who are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, but close to all the facilities that this place offers. On the roof terrace guests can use a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing with a view of the surroundings.

It is located about 200 m from the beach and about 100 m from the town center, as well as from shops, taverns, cafés, and bakeries.

It has a total of twelve studios: two double studios, three triple studios, five quadruple studios, and two five-bed studios.

One double studio is located on the ground floor, has an entrance from the street, and contains one double bed. The other double studio is located on the second floor and also has one double bed. The triple studios have a double bed and a sofa for one person. One is located on the second floor, while two are on the ground floor.

The quadruple studios are located on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor and can accommodate up to four adults. They include a double bed and bunk beds, or a double bed and a sofa for two persons.

The five-bed studios are located on the ground floor or on the first floor. They are intended for a maximum of two adults and three children. They include a double bed, a sofa for two persons, and one bed for a child, which is located above the wardrobe.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have free WiFi internet, TV, a hair dryer, an iron, as well as an equipped kitchen with two or four hot plates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every three days. There are also laundry washing and drying services available for an additional charge.

The yard is small and paved with concrete, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation. Guests also have access to a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the yard.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn into the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight and turn into the fifth street on the left, and after about 50 m you will see the accommodation on the right-hand side.

Petros House is a good choice for everyone who wants to spend their holiday in a quiet location, close to the beach and all the happenings in this charming place.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
