Accommodation description

Billy’s House is an accommodation located just 80m away from the sandy beach in Sarti. Beautifully arranged accommodation units, some with magnificent sea views, are ideal for couples and families with children.

The nearest market and bakery are only a minute’s walk away (35m), while the center is about 200m away.

Double rooms, studios, and superior studios are available.

Out of the three double rooms, one has a sea view, two have courtyard views (next building), and all three have a double bed. The room with a sea view is located on the upper floor, while the other two are on the ground floor.

All studios are on the upper floor. The triple studios have a double and a single bed, two quadruple studios have a double, a single bed, and a drawer bed, and the third quadruple studio has a double and two single beds. Some have a street view, while others have a sea view.

Superior studios are also triple and quadruple. The triple ones have a double and a single bed, while the quadruple ones have a double and a single bed with a drawer bed. They are located on the upper floor and face the street.

All accommodation units have a terrace with seating area, air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a bathroom. Studios have a equipped kitchen, while rooms have a small fridge, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. In the bathroom, studios and rooms have a shower with a curtain, while superior studios have a shower cabin. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

The house does not have private parking, but you will find public parking 130m away from the house.

Once you reach the public parking, continue south towards the new Sarti and 130m later you will see the house on the left side.

Billy’s House is an excellent choice for guests who want everything close by, shops, taverns, and other tourist facilities.

Note for guests: The use of any cooking or food preparation devices in the rooms is not allowed.

The apartment is clean and nicely equipped. The host is pleasant and helpful with everything you need. We were accommodated on the ground floor, which made access easier with a small baby. If we go to Sarti again, we would choose the same accommodation!

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
