One of the most popular accommodations for Sarti**Billy's House is an accommodation just 80m far from the sandy beach in Sarti. Beautifully arranged accommodation units, some with a beautiful sea view, are ideal for couples and families with children. **
The nearest grocery store and bakery are at only a minute walk (35m) and the city center is about 200m away.
They offer double rooms, studios and superior studios.
Three double rooms have one double bed, one has a sea view and two have the backyard (building next to it) view. Room with a sea view is on the upper floor, while the other ones are on the ground floor.
All studios are on the upper floor. The triple studios have one double and one single bed, while the quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. Some have a street view and some have a sea view.
Superior studios are also triple and quadruple. The triple studios have one double and one single bed, while the quadruple studios have one double and one single bed with a drawer bed. They are located on the upper floor and overlook the street.
All accommodation units have a terrace with a sitting set, A/C, internet, TV, mosquito nets and bathroom. The studios have an equipped kitchen, while the rooms have a refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. In the bathroom, studios and rooms have a shower tray with curtain and superior studios have a shower cabin. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five nights.
The house has no private parking, but you will find public parking at 130m from the house.
After you reach the public parking, continue south towards the new Sarti and 130m later you'll see the house on your left-hand side.
Billy's House is a great choice for guests whose preference is to stay close to shops, taverns and other tourist facilities.

A blessed place. Like a painting on canvas that God created on this beautiful side of Greece.
Crystal waters with tints of green, magnificent beaches that have nothing less than exotic places, sunsets full of impressions are some of the exchange between pictures and colours that you will see in Sarti and its surroundings.
Sarti is built at the eastern coast of the Peninsula of Sithonia. It was named after an ancient city, which was built at the same location.
Nowadays, Sarti constitutes a touristic center, where the visitor can enjoy the beauty of nature, combining mountain and sea. The crystal clear green-blue water of the sea, the white sand, the beautiful bays, the unique coasts protected by picturesque rocks, enchant the visitor and become unforgettable memories for the friends of the sea.
The place is ideal for windsurfing, water skiing, fishing and going for boat rides to the nearby beaches. The hospitality of the inhabitants is something granted. The restaurants and fish taverns of the village, offer traditional Greek cuisine and fresh fish. Enjoy your coffee or your ice cream in the cafes and experience the vivid nightlife.
In our recently renovated rent rooms-studios, you will have a comfortable and pleasant stay during your vacations.
It's a family business with a capacity of eight rooms-studios, three of which have two beds, three have four beds and two have three beds. The rooms-studios are spacious, full of sunlight and are equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, sat TV, A/C, balcony, hairdryer, coffee maker and WiFi. Most of them, have a great view of the sea and the Peninsula of Athos. Towels are provided. Bed linen is replaced every five days.
Nearby you can find supermarkets, bakery, butcher's shop, candy store, pastry shop, shops with the sea equipment and folk art, daily Greek and foreign press, pharmacy, ATM, rent a car & moto services, tourist agencies which organize excursions and daily cruises to Athos, post office, doctors, clubs & beach bars, cafes, fast food & pizza restaurants and traditional Greek taverns.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
