Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiBilly's House is an accommodation just 80m far from the sandy beach in Sarti. Beautifully arranged accommodation units, some with a beautiful sea view, are ideal for couples and families with children.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are at only a minute walk (35m) and the city center is about 200m away.
They offer double rooms, studios and superior studios.
Three double rooms have one double bed, one has a sea view and two have the backyard (building next to it) view. Room with a sea view is on the upper floor, while the other ones are on the ground floor.
All studios are located on the first floor. Three-bed rooms have one double bed and one single bed, two four-bed studios have one double bed, one single bed and one drawer bed, and the third four-bed studio has one double bed and two single beds. Some have a view to the street, and some to the sea.
Superior studios are also triple and quadruple. The triple studios have one double and one single bed, while the quadruple studios have one double and one single bed with a drawer bed. They are located on the upper floor and overlook the street.
All accommodation units have a terrace with a sitting set, A/C, internet, TV, mosquito nets and bathroom. The studios have an equipped kitchen, while the rooms have a refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. In the bathroom, studios and rooms have a shower tray with curtain and superior studios have a shower cabin. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five nights.
The house has no private parking, but you will find public parking at 130m from the house.
After you reach the public parking, continue south towards the new Sarti and 130m later you'll see the house on your left-hand side.
Billy's House is a great choice for guests whose preference is to stay close to shops, taverns and other tourist facilities.
