The apartment we asked for we did not receive, and although we were promised a new one, we did not get it. As for the accommodation, we had two coffee cups of 3 dl, one knife, and an old cezve for coffee in which you could brew a single cup on an old stove, which on the highest setting took 30 minutes to boil water. The bathroom was old, with laminate accordion doors. The shower leaked all over. In a small bottle you buy in the shop there was some liquid, supposedly for dishes, which did not foam at all and could not wash anything. The only thing that smelled was the hallway. There was no sense of order; it was noisy from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. at night you feel as if someone is at your terrace door, which were incredibly small, just enough to slip onto the terrace. In the apartment, as in the toilet, there was no window. In short, a disaster. We left a day early; we could not bear the noise from the neighboring apartments any longer. To be honest, we wanted to leave immediately on the first day when we saw where we had arrived, but we could not find suitable accommodation. Now and never again. Eight years we vacation in Sarti, each time in a different accommodation; this one isn’t even worth 30 euros per night.

The bed occupies the entire room. We were unaware that we didn’t have a kitchenette, which had not been the case before, so I didn’t ask you. It is clean, and the bedding is changed every five days. The owners are exceedingly kind. The location is perfect. If only there were a shared kitchen, it would be much better. All in all, the only downside is the absence of a kitchenette.

A wonderful accommodation, spacious, with a terrace that stretches the length of the entire place. Excellent for a family of four. Very clean. There was always enough hot water. The hosts are available at any moment, extremely pleasant people! Upon arrival, we received a map of Sarti with all the landmarks marked, as well as a map of Sithonia highlighting the most beautiful beaches. Very close to the beach. Bakery, market, and restaurants right next to the accommodation. A playground for children is just 100 meters away. Our experience was outstanding!

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The comfortable superior four-bed studio (which we used as a three-bed) is located very close to the center of Sarti, yet far enough to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. There is a children's park nearby, as well as ample parking, although we always found a spot right by the villa. The cleanliness is commendable, with bed linens and towels changed every four days. The kitchen is fully equipped (only a chef's/big knife is missing, which I have noticed is the case in all accommodations I have stayed in so far). It includes a kettle and two coffee machines. The bathroom is clean, featuring a glass-enclosed shower cabin. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. What I liked the most was the spacious terrace (over 5m²). The hallways are regularly cleaned, the hosts are friendly, and they are always available for assistance. If we return to Sarti, we will definitely choose the same accommodation. Sarti offers plenty of amenities, especially for small children. We did not swim in the town itself, as there were strong waves these days, but nearby (10-15 minutes by car) there are beautiful beaches we visited (Klimataria, Kalamitsi, Orange, Mega Portokali, Tourkolimnionas). I recommend the pizzeria Angelos in the square, ice cream at the Pantazis pastry shop, while I would advise against the tavern Pirofani. Thank you, Nikana, for the excellent cooperation. The overall rating would be solid. The location was perfect, everything was clean, and the owners were very kind and available at all times. The only drawback was the excessively small room, which was so cramped that we couldn't even open our suitcase, forcing us to find ways to manage everything. I believe the total area of the entire room with the terrace was no larger than 14-15 square meters. The refrigerator was also miniature, barely accommodating 2-3 bottles of water and a few small cans of beer. It is an apartment that claims to have a view "of the garden," but it is not a garden at all; rather, it is just a plain wall covered with artificial grass :) Definitely too cramped and only suitable for sleeping, nothing more. Considering that the weather was terrible during our three-day stay and we couldn't bathe, we had to walk the entire day from one end of Sarti to the other to avoid standing in the room, which evoked a sense of claustrophobia. Everything else was quite solid, and the location was perfect.

We stayed at Billy's house in early July 2018, and we were extremely satisfied. Billy and his mother welcomed us with coffee and juice for the child, and they were available for anything we needed. The accommodation was excellent; we were on the ground floor in a renovated three-bed studio. Everything looked just like in the pictures and the description. During our stay, they cleaned the studio and replaced the towels and bed linens. This house is located near the parking lot in Sarti, in an area that is a blend of old and new Sarti. Everything is close by; there is a bakery and a shop right next door, and it takes only 2-3 minutes to walk to the center, where there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops. All praises, and I am sure we will not be changing our accommodation next time.

The cooperation with the owner is excellent. My only complaint is that the "garden view" room actually overlooks a wall covered with artificial foliage, while the "sea view" offers a sight over the flat roof of the building adorned with numerous rusty satellite dishes. I stayed in four subpar apartments on the top floor of Billy's house. Everything was brand new and impeccably clean. The powerful air conditioning makes the apartment exceptionally comfortable during the sweltering heat of Sarti. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The style and quality of the interior of the studios, corridors, and the house as a whole are well above the average level found in Greece. The lovely sandy beach is just a 1 to 2-minute walk away. This beach is a paradise for families with children. If you prefer rocky beaches, there is one within a 15-minute walking distance. For those who enjoy fishing (such as fishing for dorado - Sparus aurata), there are several excellent spots nearby. Close to Billy's house, you'll find markets, taverns, and two bakeries offering excellent bread and magnificent baklava. Nevertheless, this place is not noisy. The hospitality of the owners is outstanding!
