If you want to stay in an accommodation near the beach in Sarti, Pashalia’s House is the right choice for you. With a good quality and price ratio and a modern interior, it can make your holiday unforgettable.

The house is 70m away from the beach, the closest market is 40m away, while the center of the town is around 400m away.

In the offer are four new quadruple studios (no. A1, A2 and 11) and two new triple ones (no. 9 and 10) located on the third floor. Triple studios have a double and a single bed, two quadruple ones (no. A1 and A2) have a double and a single bed with a drawer bed and one (no. 11) has a double and a single bed and a folding arm chair. Quadruple studios no. A1 and A2 have a side sea view, while the other ones have a street view.

There is also one quintuple apartment with two bedrooms (no. 8) which has a double and two single beds and a folding arm chair. It is located on the ground floor, few steps above the ground level.

In the other part of the house there are three triple studios from which ones two (no. 4, 5) have a double and a single bed, while the third one (no. 6) has three single beds. They are located on the second floor. At the moment they are not available for reservations.

All units have a TV, air conditioning and internet access, equipped kitchenette with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment (only apartment has a big one) and necessary dishes, the bathroom with a shower tray, a terrace with dining table and chairs. Towels and bed linen are replaced halfway through the stay.

This accommodation does not have a yard, nor parking, but guests can park in the street near the house.

After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, turn to the street towards the football field across the villa Doxa (on the right-hand side). Then turn left and continue straight until turning to the fourth street left, where after 20m you will see this house on your right-hand side.

Pashalia’s House is a good choice for all guests looking for a comfortable, nicely decorated and quality accommodation in Sarti.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
