It is located in the old part of Sarti, in the proximity of all the amenities that this popular resort offers. An excellent choice for those who yearn for a genuine vacation and comfort.
The sandy beach is approximately 130m away from the accommodation, while the city center is at a distance of 110m. The nearest supermarket is about 150m away.
The accommodation includes two quadruple studios and four triple studios, all located on the second floor.
The quadruple studios (20m2) feature a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed, while the triple studios (20m2) have a queen-sized bed and a single bed.
The kitchen in the studios is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a kettle, a microwave, a two-ring stove, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower curtain, and a hairdryer is also available.
All the units are air-conditioned and have internet access, TV, and mosquito nets.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every three days. A baby cot is available upon request.
Pets are allowed with prior inquiry.
The quadruple studios have a balcony with a side view of the sea and a view of the street, while the triple studios have a balcony overlooking a neighboring building.
As for parking, the accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park on the street where there is usually space.
To reach the accommodation, the easiest way is to turn from the main road Sarti-Sikia towards the large supermarket Kritikos, pass the parking lot, turn right, and then turn left into the first street. On the left side, you will see Chrysoula Mitsokopi House.

Owner description
Chrysoula Mitsokopi House is located 130m from the beach in Sarti.
In the offer there are triple and quadruple studios on the second floor. Units are completely equipped, with air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen, balcony and their own bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and hair dryer. In the ktichen they have a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave and a kettle.
In the room you will find a baby cot, if requested. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. Mosquito nets are on all windows. Pets are welcome.
Very close to the accommodation there are plenty of markets, restaurants and beach bars, as well as free parking for the guests who prefer not to use their vehicle during the stay.
Platania Beach is at the distance of 3km. The closest airport is in Thessaloniki, 130km far. Nearby are also other beautiful beaches like Kavourotripes, Platanitsi and many others.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji.Plaza,restorani,marketi setaliste sve je na 2-3 minuta laganog hoda.Sobe su tako postavljene da ne gledaju na ulicu neko sa strane objekta tako da su zasticene od buke koja dolazi sa ulice.Kreveti su udobni i prostrani,wi-fi dobar,pritisak vode odlican tokom celog dana kao i topla voda.Sobe su uredne i ciste se na tri dana kao i zamena posteljine.Dvadesetak metara od smestaja nalazi se veliki parking koji je bespoatan.Smestaj je u onosu na cenu za svaku pohvalu i preporuku.

Preljubazna gazdarica, uvek nasmejana i profesionalna. Jako lep smeštaj, čisto uredno, u samom centru svih dešavanja, a parking preko puta! Sve je u krugu od 50-100 m. Sve u svemu prezadovoljni, a na kraju smo i poklon dobili!

Veoma ljubazni domaćini, tokom 10 dana dva puta su menjali peškire i posteljinu. Studio (broj 6 na prvom spratu) je mali ali ima sve što je potrebno, jedan francuski i 2 kreveta na sprat, kuhinja sasvim ok, ima sve što je potrebno. Kupatilo je takođe ok, tuš kabina malo uska i pritisak vode je umeo da varira a takođe se dešavalo da voda bude povremeno mutna. Terasa lepa, prostrana, delom se vidi more. Parking nema obezbeđen ali mi smo uvek uspeli da nađemo mesto negde u krugu od 100 metara. Na 40m je mega market gde možete naći sve što treba, imaju i gotova jela po pristojnim cenama. Klima uređaj je bio uključen u cenu i morao je da radi non stop jer se od vrućine nije moglo spavati (bili smo u periodu kad su temperature prelazile 37°)

Smestaj je veoma dobar, lokacija odlicna, vrlo cisto i udobno. Imali smo sve sto nam je bilo potrebno za dobar i kvalitetan odmor. Sve pohvale za smestaj!

Na lepoj je lokaciji. Zamerka je sto ispod apartmana je ribarnica i jako se osjeća. Losa je klima koja hladi prostor u kojem ste,i osjeća se kanalizacija

Manje vise sve ok, ljubaznost, lokacija, blizuna plaže, blizina marketa i parkinga … medjutim znam da skoro svi vlasnici apratmana imaju problem sa vodom … u nasem slucaju voda je jako losek kvaliteta ( znam da se ne koristi za piće) u nekim trenucima je bila braon boje! I naravno slab pritisak , i jos jenda stvar vratanca na klimi su bila pokvarena takkoda je bilo moguce usmeriti u sam jedan položaj … sve u svemu generalno smo zadovoljni … eto 😂
