Description
Psichoula House is located in the old part of Sarti, in close proximity to the long sandy beach. It is an accommodation that can be an ideal choice for all guests who wish to spend their vacation in a well-kept and beautifully decorated interior, close to all the amenities that Sarti offers.
The accommodation is situated in the second row from the beach, at a distance of approximately 70 meters, with the nearest shop being about 20 meters away, and a tavern at 40 meters. The center is just a minute's walk away.
There are three triple studios on the second floor and one quadruple studio on the first floor.
The triple studios (22m2) feature one queen-sized bed and one single bed. The quadruple studio (22m2) has one queen-sized bed and two single beds.
The kitchen in the studios is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a stove with two burners, and a small refrigerator with a freezing compartment. The triple studios have a bathroom with a shower bathtub and a shower curtain, while the quadruple studio has only tiles, without a enclosed space for showering and a shower curtain. A hairdryer is also available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet and TV.
The triple studios have a standard balcony, as well as a shared additional balcony, and offer a sea view, while the quadruple studio has a standard balcony and provides a courtyard view.
Bed linen and towels are replaced and cleaning is done every four days. Pets are not allowed. As for parking, the accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a public parking nearby where you can always find a spot.
You will easily reach the accommodation if you turn from the main road at Kritikos supermarket, then turn left into the first street and immediately right into the first street. The accommodation will be visible on your right-hand side.
If it is important for you to be close to the center and the beach, then Psichoula House is the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
