Ikies Apollon Boutique Hotel is located in New Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 50m from the beach and approximately 2km from the town center, where guests can find numerous shops, bakeries, pastry shops, taverns, and restaurants. The main beach in Sarti is 1km away.
This newly built accommodation, designed in warm tones and a boho style, sets high standards in terms of equipment, functionality, and aesthetics. It spans three levels, though due to the terrain’s slope, the first-level units are partially below ground level. The hotel offers studios for up to three people with a double bed and a fold-out armchair, located on the first floor and in the semi-basement. There are also four-bed, two-level studios on the second floor, featuring a double bed on an open gallery and two sofas in the living area with a kitchen. Additionally, the hotel offers one apartment suitable for up to six adults, spread over two levels. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, an open sleeping gallery on the upper level, and a bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa for two people.
A baby cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge.
These air-conditioned accommodation units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, and a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic stovetop with two burners, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Depending on the unit’s floor level, guests can enjoy a side sea view from the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating arrangements. The four-bed studios and the two-level apartment feature two balconies—one with a table and chairs and the other with sun loungers.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Housekeeping, as well as towel and linen changes, are provided every three days.
Guests can find parking in front of the accommodation or in the immediate vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The view of the sea and mountains was breathtaking. For those seeking a tranquil retreat, this location is highly recommended. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the people are full of positive energy.

In one sentence: a wonderful and carefree experience. All praise for this hotel, and above all for Anastasia — first and foremost an exceptional person, and then the hotel’s host. Whatever we needed, she arranged it without any problems. I would also like to commend the hotel’s cleaner, who was always smiling and ready to help, even though she didn’t speak English very well; she always managed to explain everything to us. 😊 The hotel is clean, tidy, and close to the beach. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, and new towels are provided — even the bins are emptied beforehand. Since quite a lot of sand gets into the hotel, there is a small shower next to the property where you can rinse off all the sand. And if you still manage to bring sand from the bathroom into the hallway, there are a broom and a dustpan so you can quickly sweep the room. There is hot water and strong water pressure, and during our stay we never had any issues. Air conditioning costs an additional €6 per day, which is useful to know. There is cutlery, deep and shallow plates, and a few cooking utensils (a deep pot and a frying pan). We will definitely come back here next year. All recommendations!
