Ikies Apollon Boutique Hotel is situated in the new Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 50m from the beach and about 2km from the center of the village with a large number of shops, bakeries, pastry shops, taverns, and restaurants. The town beach in Sarti is 1km away.

This newly built accommodation, dominated by warm colors and boho style, sets high standards in equipment, functionality, and aesthetics. It spans three levels, but due to the slope of the terrain, the units on the first level are partially below ground level. There are studios available for up to three people with a double bed and a folding armchair on the first floor and in the basement, as well as four-bed studios on two levels located on the second floor, containing a double bed on the open gallery, as well as two sofas in the living room with a kitchen. There is also one apartment available for six adults and it extends over two levels. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, an open sleeping gallery on the upper level, and a bathroom. There is one double bed, two single beds, and one sofa for two people.

A baby cot can be added upon request and within the price.

These air-conditioned units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob with two ceramic glass rings, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Air conditioning is available upon request at an additional charge.

Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a side sea view from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets. The four-bed studios and the two-level apartment have two balconies, one with a table and chairs, and the other with sun loungers.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

Guests can find parking in front of the accommodation or nearby.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
