Ikies Apollon Boutique Hotel is located in the new Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 50m from the beach and about 2km from the town center with a large number of shops, bakeries, pastry shops, taverns, and restaurants. The town beach in Sarti is 1km away.
This newly built accommodation, dominated by warm colors and boho style, sets high standards in equipment, functionality, and aesthetics. It spreads over three levels, but due to the slope of the terrain, the units on the first level are partially below ground level. The offer includes triple studios with a double bed and a folding armchair on the first floor and in the semi-basement, as well as quadruple studios on two levels located on the second floor and containing a double bed on the open gallery, as well as two sofas in the living room with a kitchen.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot can be added.
These air-conditioned units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a flat top with two ceramic hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a side sea view from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets. Quadruple studios on two levels have two balconies, one with a table and chairs and the other one with loungers.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Guests can find parking spaces in front of the accommodation or in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
