Sarti Luxury DiaMoNd Rooms is a newly built accommodation facility in the heart of Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia. The nearest beach is located 100m away, and within walking distance from the accommodation there are a bakery, a mini market, an ATM and restaurants.

Offered is a double room on the first floor of the building. It features a double bed and can accommodate two adults and one child up to four years old who can sleep with the parents or in baby cot, which can be provided free of charge upon request.

The room is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, a mini bar, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

During warm summer days, guests can relax on the balcony with a seating set, an electric awning and a view of the street.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests can find a parking spot in the surrounding streets or at a public parking lot located approximately 400m away from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
