Etheria Boutique Apartment is located in Sarti, about 170 meters from the beach, in one of the most famous resorts on the east coast of Sithonia. The accommodation is designed as a good option for guests who want a modern and functionally organized space near the sea, with the possibility to easily combine a stay at the beach, walks through the town, and visiting other parts of Sithonia during their vacation. Thanks to the units organized on two levels, a partial view of the sea, and a convenient location, it is especially suitable for families, couples, and smaller groups who want more modern apartment accommodation in a meaningful but also relaxed coastal environment.

This accommodation offers six four-bed studios, which, according to their structure, are organized as maisonettes on two levels and intended for the stay of a maximum of four adults. This arrangement provides guests with a better division of space, because the rest area and the living room area are arranged on separate levels.

Three units have sleeping space in the lowest part of the building, i.e. in the semi-basement, where there is a double bed and a sofa for two people. The living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom are located on the upper level, on the first floor, so this type of unit is suitable for guests who like a clear division between the sleeping area and the daily use area.

The remaining three units have a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom on the lower level, and on the second floor, while the sleeping area is organized on an open gallery in the attic. In these units, the double bed is located on the gallery, while the sofa for two people is located in the living room, which creates a functional and modernly organized space with the character of a maisonette.

A baby cot can be provided on request and at no extra charge, which makes it even easier for families with babies to organize their stay.

For a pleasant stay during warmer days, each unit has two air conditioners, one on each level, which allows guests to easily adjust the temperature in different parts of the space. WiFi internet is available for everyday connectivity, while Smart TV offers the possibility of using applications to enjoy your favorite content during your vacation. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction plate with two heating zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee machine, so it is suitable for preparing drinks and simpler meals. For added convenience, hair dryers are also provided in the units.

The exterior space of the units consists, depending on the number of floors, of balconies and verandas, which provide guests with additional space for being outdoors during their vacation. All units have a partial view of the sea, while three units with a semi-basement part have a veranda along the lower level, as well as an exit to the additional outdoor space from the living room on the upper level.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The units are cleaned every four days, when the bed linen and towels are changed, which contributes to a neater and more pleasant stay during the summer.

Private parking with several parking spaces is provided for guests, which is a special advantage for guests who come with their own vehicle and want a practical solution for parking during their stay.
