The Etheria Boutique Apartment is located in Sarti, approximately 120 meters from the beach, in one of the most renowned resorts on the eastern coast of Sithonia. The accommodation is designed as an excellent option for guests seeking a modern and functionally organized space close to the sea, with the possibility of easily combining beach stays, strolls through the village, and exploring other parts of Sithonia during their vacation. This accommodation offers six quadruple studios that are structurally organized as mezzanines on two levels and intended for a maximum of four adults. This layout provides guests with a better division of space, as the resting area and the living area are distributed on separate levels.

Three units have a sleeping area in the lower part of the building, in the semi-basement, where a double bed and a sofa for two are located. The living room with a kitchen and bathroom are situated on the upper level, on the first floor, making this type of unit suitable for guests who prefer a clear distinction between sleeping and living spaces.

The remaining three units have a living room with a kitchen and bathroom on the lower level, on the second floor, while the sleeping area is organized on an open gallery in the attic. In these units, the double bed is located on the gallery, while the sofa for two is in the living room, creating a functional and modern space with a mezzanine character.

All units have open wardrobes.

A baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge, further facilitating the organization of stays for families with babies.

For a pleasant stay during warmer days, each unit has two air conditioning units, one on each level, allowing guests to easily adjust the temperature in different parts of the space, as well as mosquito nets. WiFi internet is available for daily connectivity, while the Smart TV offers the opportunity to use applications to enjoy favorite content during the vacation. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob with two heating zones, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker, making it suitable for preparing beverages and simple meals, thus allowing the preparation of only light meals. For added convenience, a hairdryer is provided in the units.

The bathrooms feature a shower with a glass wall partition.

The exterior space of the units consists, depending on the floor level, of balconies and verandas, providing guests with additional outdoor living space during their vacation. All units have a partial sea view, while three units with a semi-basement area also have a veranda on the lower level, as well as access to additional outdoor space from the living room on the upper level.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units is done every five nights, including changing bed linens and towels, contributing to a more orderly and pleasant stay during the summer.
