Accommodation description

Within the two-story house, not far from the center of the village of Sikia, this fully equipped and renovated apartment with two bedrooms (2 Bedroom Apartment) of approximately 62m2 is located. The nearest beach, also named Sikia, is 4.3km away, and according to the owner’s recommendation, nearby beaches worth visiting are Agridia, Valti, Turkolimnionas, and Klimataria, ideal for young children.

Near the apartment, there are a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, taverns, cafes, a medical center, as well as a playground for children.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people. It features a small hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and two separate bedrooms, as well as a spacious balcony. To the left of the hallway are air-conditioned bedrooms that have access to a large shared balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. To the right of the hallway is the entrance to the kitchen with a living room where there is a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering guests a large stove with a flat top with four burners and a large oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as all necessary dining utensils and a dining table. The bathroom has a built-in shower cabin, as well as a washing machine.

The accommodation features two air conditioning units in the bedrooms, mosquito nets, a TV, free WiFi internet, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

It is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance with a large balcony overlooking Mount Athos, covered with a canopy and equipped with a small table and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or tea.

The accommodation does not have a landscaped yard. Guests are provided with a private parking space within the yard. The property is under video surveillance.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. An additional set is available in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
