Within the two-storey house, not far from the center of the village of Sykia, this fully equipped and renovated two-bedroom apartment (62m2) is located. The nearest beach, also named Sykia, is 4.3km away, and according to the owner’s recommendation, nearby beaches worth visiting are Agridia, Valti, Tourkolimnionas, and Klimataria beach, ideal for young children.
Near the apartment, there are a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, taverns, cafes, a medical center, and a playground for children.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people. It features a small entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, two separate bedrooms, and a spacious balcony. To the left of the entrance hall are air-conditioned bedrooms with access to a large shared balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. To the right of the entrance hall is the kitchen with a living room featuring a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing guests with a large stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as all the necessary dining utensils and a dining table. The bathroom has a built-in shower cabin and a washing machine.
The accommodation includes two air conditioning units in the bedrooms, a TV, free WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
Located on the first floor, the apartment has a separate entrance with a large balcony overlooking Mount Athos, covered with an awning and equipped with a small table and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or tea.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Pets are not allowed.
At the owner’s recommendation, during your stay in the village of Sykia, do not forget to try some of the traditional products such as beef, goat cheese, chestnut honey, and iodine-rich kelp.
