Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 13% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Griavas Studios And Apartments are located in the seaside town of Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, away from crowds and noise, just 50 meters from a sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, they are the ideal choice for a pleasant vacation and relaxation.
This facility offers three accommodation units, two studios and one apartment, and each of them can host a maximum of three adults. Due to construction on a slightly sloping ground, the entrance is at the ground floor level, while all accommodation units have balconies at the high ground floor level. Studios have one room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. In the room there is a double bed, narrower than the standard size, and a sofa for one person. The apartment has one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the kitchen there is a sofa for two people.
In these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with two hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee maker.
All accommodation units have a balcony, equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, where you can enjoy pleasant moments and the smell of the sea.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
During their stay, the guests take care of cleaning the apartment themselves, while the bed linen is changed every fourth day, and the towels are changed every third day.
Private parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free space for your vehicle can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Griavas Studios and Apartments are 5 km from Klimataria beach, 9 km from Kalamitsi beach, 7 km from Sarti, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 140 km from the accommodation.
