Griavas Studios and Apartments are located in the seaside town of Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Nestled in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, just 50 meters from the sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, they are an ideal choice for a pleasant holiday and relaxation.

This property offers five accommodation units: three studios and two apartments. The studios can accommodate a maximum of two adults, while the apartments can accommodate two adults or four adults. Due to the slightly sloped terrain, the entrance is at ground level, while all accommodation units have balconies positioned at the level of an elevated ground floor. The studios consist of a single room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. The room features a double bed, narrower than the standard size. The apartments each have one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In the double apartment, the bedroom contains a double bed, while in the quadruple apartment there is a double bed and two single beds.

In these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer in the studios and in one of the apartments, as well as a kitchen equipped with two hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

All units have a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy pleasant moments and the scent of the sea.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartments themselves, while bed linen is changed every fourth day and towels every third day.

Private parking is not available for guests, but free spaces for your vehicle can be found nearby.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 13% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
