Accommodation description

One of the most exquisitely appointed accommodations in Sikia is located approximately 150m from the sandy Valti beach. Nestled amidst lush greenery with wide tree canopies, the courtyard is tastefully designed and exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere.

Every morning, a van passes by the house with fresh bread and pastries, and the nearest mini-market within the Melisi camp is 2.2km away. On Valti beach, there is only one tavern that also provides sun loungers and umbrellas that can be obtained with a purchased drink.

There are three ground-floor apartments and one on the first floor. The ground-floor apartments overlook the courtyard, while the apartment on the first floor offers a view of the sea. One apartment in the living room with a kitchen has two single beds, the second has a sofa and a single bed, the third has a sofa and a single bed with a pull-out bed, and the fourth, which is the apartment on the first floor, has two sofas. The bedrooms in all the apartments have queen-size beds. The bathrooms are spacious and modernly furnished, with one apartment having a shower cabin, and the other three having a shower enclosed by a wall on one side. The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, and necessary utensils. The ground-floor apartments have a terrace with a table and chairs, while the apartment on the first floor has a balcony with a table and chairs. All of them have a TV, air conditioning, internet, and mosquito nets. Laundry service is also available for an additional charge.

The courtyard is spacious, fenced, beautifully landscaped, and full of natural shade, which is shared with the accommodation Dragani. In addition to tables with chairs and swings for relaxation, it is adorned with a beautifully decorated well surrounded by flowers. There are also outdoor showers and covered parking spaces within the courtyard.

There are two ways to reach this house. The first is to turn left from the main road (coming from Sarti) when you see the sign for the Valti camp. At the first right turn, you will turn again, and that road will lead you straight to the accommodation, which will be on the right side. This road is unpaved, so we would still recommend the second method. When you turn from the main road towards Sikia beach, you continue straight until you reach the beach, and then follow the road along the beach. You will pass one bay, and the next one is Valti beach. After the Mesogeios restaurant, continue straight for a few hundred meters, and immediately afterward, on the left side, you enter this little paradise.

The location is very good for those who want a beachside vacation in a peaceful environment, about 10km from Sarti and Sikia. Estell Apartments is an excellent choice for families with children as it has all the necessary amenities, and the friendly owner is available for anything you need.

A heartfelt recommendation! My stay at Estell Apartments was a delightful experience. The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything necessary – from dishes to all essential household appliances, making the stay utterly comfortable. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, filled with greenery and flowers. The children played and frolicked freely, with the only request being not to use a ball – for good reason, as the courtyard is truly well-kept and feels like a fairy tale! A significant advantage is the grill in the courtyard, available to all guests and ideal for family dinners in a pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to the owner – discreet, unobtrusive, yet always present when needed. The kindness and care for guests is at the highest level! Towels and linens are changed every three days, which further enhances the feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The location is excellent – just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Valti, which is peaceful, clean, and perfect for families. If you desire a bit more entertainment or city bustle, Sarti is only a 10-minute drive away. As an added bonus – a bakery van arrives every morning around 9 am, bringing fresh pastries practically to your doorstep! Estell Apartments is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment, far from noise yet close to everything you might need. A warm recommendation! 🌿🏖️🕐

The Estell apartment is situated in a remarkably beautiful location on Valti beach. The apartment is well-equipped, and everything is impeccably clean. The woman who rents it out is very kind and always at your service. During the stay, bed linens and towels are changed three times. The yard is lovely, spacious, and well-kept. You can also use the barbecue. Every morning, a van from the bakery arrives with fresh bread and pastries, as well as a van with fruits and vegetables, which park right in the yard, so there’s no need to worry about having to get in the car every morning to go to the nearest bakery. There is also a nice covered parking area, so your car is safe and you won’t have to worry. I highly recommend this accommodation to all families with children. The beach is 150m from the apartment, in a peaceful and quiet area, without crowds, noise, shouting, or loud music. The sea is wonderful, the beach is sandy, accompanied by gentle waves. The water is clear and transparent throughout the day, without any dirt. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next vacation at the same location. Thank you once again for the wonderful cooperation.
