The house of older construction that is located near the square in the authentic Greek village of Sikia, at a distance of 4.5km from the identically named sandy beach, Sikia. It can be an excellent choice for those who seek privacy and prefer to feel at home, as well as for culinary enthusiasts given that the market with fresh rural products is located approximately 220m away.

In the offer, there is a one four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment) of 65m2 located on the high ground floor, with just a few steps from ground level leading directly to the entrance, as well as to the veranda. It can accommodate up to 4 adults.

The apartment in the style of authentic Greek rural houses in warmer tones, dominated by wooden furniture, consists of a living room with a spacious kitchen, dining room, large bathroom, and one bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is large and spacious, providing guests with complete kitchen elements, a large stove with a flat surface with four burners and a large oven, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge with a freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing various dishes. From the kitchen on the right, you enter a hallway with two single beds and a dining room with a dining table. From the dining room, you enter a large bathroom with a corner bathtub, as well as a fully equipped bedroom with a double bed. For all enthusiasts of warm baths and cosmetic products, this bathroom can serve as a true little paradise for relaxation during the stay, given the size of the space and the availability of a cabinet with shelves, a large sink, and a mirror.

The accommodation has air conditioning, TV, free WiFi internet, washing machine, hairdryer.

The house does not have a courtyard, there are no mosquito nets, only a corner veranda with a small table and chairs overlooking the street and surrounding houses.

Pets are not allowed.

During the stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene in the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Considering that the access to the accommodation is directly from the street and there is no courtyard, parking is not provided. Parking is possible down the street.

Extremely poor, unfriendly staff, dirty apartment, clogged drain, no internet, and no one responded. We suffered for three days from the stench.
