Pyrgos House is located in Sikia, a small village on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, which has all the facilities needed for a peaceful family vacation, 350m from the town center and 4.8km from the nearest beach.
This accommodation, due to its maisonette structure on two levels, is intended can accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the lower level, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area. In the open gallery, there is a double bed and one bed for one person, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot and a feeding high chair are available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and with a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard and the outlines of the mountain peaks, on the furnished balcony.
Your stay can be made more enjoyable by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed every third day. The cleaning service of the accommodation is available to the guests, with an additional charge of 20€ per service.
A parking space is not provided for the guests of the accommodation, but there is a free parking space near the accommodation, along the street, or in the nearby public parking lot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
