Hotel Description

Pyrgos House is located in the village of Sikia, a peaceful town on the eastern coast of Sithonia, ideal for a family vacation. It is only 350m away from the town center, where all the basic amenities necessary for a pleasant stay can be found, while the nearest beach is about 4.8km away.

The property is a maisonette on two levels and is intended for up to five adults. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while on the upper floor, there is an open gallery with sleeping space. The gallery features a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.

Upon request, at no additional cost, guests have access to a baby cot and a high chair for feeding infants.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (three burners and a small oven), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

A special ambiance is provided by the balcony with a seating area, offering a pleasant view of the courtyard and the outlines of the mountain peaks - a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests also have the option to use the barbecue facilities.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. For an additional fee of €20 per service, extra cleaning can be arranged.

Parking is not provided, but it is possible to park nearby the accommodation, on the street or at a public parking lot.

Pyrgos House is located 12km from Sarti, 24km from Toroni, while the international airport in Thessaloniki is 143km away.

The accommodation was infested with ants, making it impossible to eat normally, as they appeared immediately upon placing food on the table.

An excellent price-quality ratio. The house was exactly as described on the website. This is not my first time booking through Nikana, and I have not been disappointed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
