Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The Holiday On The Village Apartment is situated in the small village of Sikia, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. This idyllic place offers all the necessary amenities for a carefree holiday, providing a blend of tradition and tranquility.
The apartment is located just 90 meters from the village center, while the nearest beach, with its crystal clear water, is 4.8 kilometers away. It is 11km from the popular resort of Sarti, and 23km from the town of Toroni.
The accommodation on offer includes a 2 Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor, which features a corner sofa in the living room and a separate kitchen area. It also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The 2 Bedroom Apartment offers its guests WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a wall and curtain, as well as a washing machine.
Towel and linen replacement is done every three days, as well as cleaning of the accommodation.
