The Holiday On The Village Apartment is situated in the small village of Sikia, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. This idyllic place offers all the necessary amenities for a carefree holiday, providing a blend of tradition and tranquility.
The apartment is located just 90 meters from the village center, while the nearest beach, with its crystal clear water, is 4.8 kilometers away. It is 11km from the popular resort of Sarti, and 23km from the town of Toroni.
The accommodation on offer includes a 2 Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor, which features a corner sofa in the living room and a separate kitchen area. It also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The 2 Bedroom Apartment offers its guests WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a wall and curtain, as well as a washing machine.
Towel and linen replacement is done every three days, as well as cleaning of the accommodation.
The yard is fenced and includes a children’s playground, a seating area, and a barbecue. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park nearby, along the street where there is always plenty of parking space available.

We spent a week at this accommodation in early September. It is spacious, suitable for two to three adults and a baby, and it has absolutely everything you might need. Alex is a five-star host. The house's position in the village is strategically advantageous, with everything you need nearby. We are more than satisfied.

We are very pleased with the accommodation, especially the terrace/courtyard which we used the most :) The apartment is equipped with all the necessary items, and if you need anything at all, the owners live on the floor above and you can reach out to them at any moment. They are very kind and welcoming. The apartment features a mini oven with two burners, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine, and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days, but if you need them sooner, just ask. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the center of Sikija, and you have everything nearby - a bakery, pharmacy, cafes, a restaurant, shops, a newsstand, and a large supermarket is also relatively close and open every day until 10 PM. Saturday mornings are market days, and part of the main street near the accommodation is closed off. The only minor complaint is regarding the mattress, which is quite uncomfortable, so I suggest the owners consider replacing it :)
