Accommodation description
Nina Holidays Apartment is located in Sikia, a small village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is approximately 220m away from the beach of Sikia and represents a good choice for a family vacation with children.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is intended for up to five people, with a maximum of four adults. Each bedroom has a standard double bed, while the living room has a single bed for a child.
Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot is available for guests.
This air-conditioned apartment with mosquito nets has two air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, and a hairdryer, while the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals: a gas stove with four burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, with a large oven and microwave oven further facilitating food preparation during the stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a standard shower cabin.
The veranda with seating area provides a space for a pleasant outdoor stay, overlooking the yard. Guests have access to a spacious and well-kept yard with a shared barbecue and relaxation area, as well as a corner with a slide for children.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The owners are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
Guests are provided with a parking space within the yard.

After the first day of our arrival, I can immediately say it deserves a 10+. We were welcomed by kind hosts. The apartment is beautiful, spacious enough, and clean. It has everything you need, including a kitchen. In front, there is a terrace with a large table. The yard is enchanting, with green grass and plenty of trees. It is an ideal place for children to stay. For a true getaway, this small place is perfect, free from crowds and loud music.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
