Owner description
Casa Del Sol Apartments are located 150m from the long sandy beach Sikia, in the eponymous village in the southeast of Sithonia. The center of the village is almost 6km away, while the nearest store is at a distance of 200m.
The accommodation consists of two apartments on the high ground floor with a maximum capacity of four people. Each apartment contains a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen area.
Within these air-conditioned apartments, with independent cooling unit in both the living room and the bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, two smart flat-screen TVs, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a flat top with two or four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a view of the garden on the balcony furnished with seating set.
Within the large and fenced yard, guests can make their stay pleasant by preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay they are responsible for maintaining hygiene, as well as changing bed linen and towels, with an additional clean set at their disposal.
There is a private covered parking area for two cars in the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
