Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Located in a peaceful setting, far from the city hustle, Casa Del Sol Apartments is just 150m from the long sandy beach of Sikia. Spacious and comfortably furnished, these apartments offer a welcoming atmosphere, making them perfect for family vacations or tranquil getaways from daily stress. The town center is approximately 6km away, while the nearest store is just 200m from the property.
The accommodation includes two ground-floor apartments with a maximum capacity of four guests each. Each apartment features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room with an adjoining kitchen.
These air-conditioned apartments, equipped with climate control in both the living room and bedroom, provide guests with free WiFi, two smart TVs, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a ceramic cooktop with two or four burners, a full-sized oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy on the balcony, furnished with seating and offering a view of the courtyard.
