Limanaki Studios is located near Sikia, a small village on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, which offers all the facilities necessary for a peaceful family vacation, just 25m from the sandy beach.

The property consists of two studios located on the ground floor (a few steps from the garden level).

Limanaki No.1 can accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room features a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.

Limanaki No.2 can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room features a double bed and bunk beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a small kitchen with a single burner and a fridge. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray without a curtain.

Guests can spend warm summer days on the shared veranda equipped with seating sets.

In the beautifully landscaped and fenced garden, you can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Limanaki Studios is 450m away from Tourkolimnionas Beach, Linaraki Beach is 550m, while it is from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki 130km.
