If you want a luxury accommodation in Sarti, outside of the crowd and traffic, but very close to the beach, promenade and other attractions for tourists, then Frau Irenes Haus is an excellent choice.

It is located on a quiet location, at a distance of 160m from a sandy beach and 50m from the nearest shop. From the center of Sarti is about 400m away.

The building consists of several apartments and studios, located on the semi-ground, first and second floor.

Four triple studios (Elektra), which are about 17m2, have a double bed and a single bed. They are located on the semi-ground floor.

One quadruple apartment (Estia), which is about 23m2, has one double and one single bed in the bedroom, while in the room with kitchen it has another single bed. It is located on the semi-ground floor.

One quintuple apartment (Armonia), which is about 40m2, in the bedroom has one double and one single bed, while in the room with kitchen it has another double bed. It is the only one with two bathrooms. It is located on the semi-ground floor.

Two triple apartments (Laura), which are about 23m2, have one double bed in the bedroom and single bed in the room where the kitchen is. One is on the first floor and the other one on the second.

Two quadruple apartments (Dioni), which are about 30m2, have one king size bed and one single bed with a drawer bed. One is located on the first floor and the other one on the second.

Four quadruple apartments (Medusa), which are about 30m2, also have one king size bed in a bedroom and in the room where the kitchen is they have one single bed with a drawer bed. Two are on the first and two on the second floor.

All rooms have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there are hotplates, coffee machine and small fridge. All accommodation units on the floor have a shower cabin in the bathroom, while the ones on the semi-ground floor have a shower with curtain. The accommodation is extremely clean and luxuriously equipped, the mattresses are from memory foam. Bed linen and towels are replaced every second day. There is a laundry service with an extra charge which depends on quantity and type of laundry. Upon agreement with the owner, it can accommodate the pets.

On the rooftop is a large common terrace with a barbecue for guests. It doesn’t have its own private parking but there is a space for parking in front of the building.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, across the villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a street which leads to the football field. Turn in that street, then to the second left, and after to the third left. At the end of that street, you will see Frau Irenes Haus.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
