Owner description
Lydia and George Studios are accommodations located just a few steps away from the sandy beach of Pigadaki, in the town of Skala near Sikia.
Offering for rent are two separate studios, Lydia and George, designed to accommodate three to four guests. The entrance to the accommodation units is located within a shared terrace on the high ground floor level. Guests are provided with two double beds in the Lydia studio, while the George studio features one double and one single bed.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven or with two electric burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer or a standard refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the shared balcony furnished with seating arrangements.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation, and for reservations of seven days or more, towel and linen changes are provided. Cleaning services are available to guests upon request within the price.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
