Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Located just a few steps from the beautiful sandy Pigadaki Beach, in the small settlement of Skala near Sykia, this family-run accommodation offers guests the opportunity to enjoy tranquility and the natural beauty of Halkidiki. Skala is a small, quiet place that exudes authentic Greek charm, far from the crowds and noise. The proximity to the beach allows guests to enjoy the crystal-clear sea at any time, while the convenient location of the accommodation makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Sithonia peninsula. Whether you want to visit hidden coves, explore traditional villages, or simply unwind to the sound of the waves, Lydia And George Studios provides everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
The accommodation offers two separate studios, Lydia and George, designed for three or four guests. The entrances to the units are located on a shared terrace at an elevated ground floor level. The Lydia Studio features two double beds, while the George Studio has one double bed and one single bed.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven or a cooktop with two burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, or a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster and a coffee maker.
Guests can relax and enjoy the shared balcony or veranda, both furnished with seating areas.
Small pets are allowed to stay at no extra charge.
Guests arrive at a clean accommodation, and for reservations of seven nights or more, towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Upon request, cleaning services are available at no extra cost.
A private parking space within the yard is provided for guests.
Lydia And George Studios is located 6 km from Sykia and 12 km from Sarti. In addition to Pigadaki Beach, which is right in front of the accommodation, other nearby beaches include Turkolimnionas Beach (450 m away) and Sykia Beach (1.1 km away). The nearest airport, in Thessaloniki, is 143 km away.
