Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Peter's Traditional House is located in the village of Sikia, on the peninsula of Sithonia, 4.2km away from the sandy beach. The accommodation, furnished in a traditional style, offers a spacious garden with natural shade, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday in a natural environment.
The accommodation unit is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes two sofas, each for one person.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the garden. In the spacious garden, beautifully designed for enjoyment and with natural shade, guests can prepare barbecues with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for their own change.
