Lukas Apartment is located in the largest and oldest traditional village of Sithonia, Sykia. Located in a quiet part of the village, away from the crowds and noise, it is an ideal choice for a peaceful vacation and relaxation. Guests can use the entire facility, i.e. the house in which the apartment is located, which is located 5 km from Sykia beach, 7.5 km from Klimataria beach and 10 km from Kalamitsi beach, while the famous restaurant 5 Steps in the Sand, right on the seashore, which offers enjoyment in the tastes and smells of summer, is located 5.5 km away.
This apartment, which can host six adults, is entered on the ground floor level, but due to the construction on a sloping ground, its balcony is located on the first floor level. It has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned facility, where air conditioners are located in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster.
It has a balcony with seating, from which there is a view of the yard and the surroundings.
By agreement, and within the price, pets are welcome.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. In this accommodation, guests are provided with one set of bed linen and towels, but their replacement is not provided during the guests’ stay. Upon request and for an additional fee, cleaning and bed linen change services are also available.
Accommodation guests are provided with one parking space located within the facility.
