Emmanuela Loft Apartment, located in Pigadaki, is a charming accommodation perfect for a relaxing holiday on Sithonia. Just 10 meters from the beach, it offers easy access to crystal-clear waters and sunny days. Pigadaki is known as a quiet seaside village, ideal for a family getaway, where traditional Greek ambiance blends with a laid-back atmosphere, far from noise and crowds.

The property offers two maisonette-style apartments, spread over two levels – the ground floor and the attic – which can accommodate a maximum of four and six adults respectively.

The four-person studio is perfect for accommodating up to four adults. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper level in the attic, where there is an open gallery with a sleeping area. The sleeping area on the open gallery features a comfortable double bed, while on the ground floor, in the kitchen area, there is a sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space for two people.

The six-person studio can accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, at the ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, in the attic, features an open gallery. The open gallery has two double beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two people.

For families with small children, the accommodation offers an additional convenience: a baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. This allows parents to travel more easily and provides a comfortable sleeping space for their little ones during their stay.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with all the comforts of a modern home. The air conditioning unit on the gallery ensures a pleasant atmosphere, while free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer are also available. The practical kitchen offers everything needed for preparing light meals and snacks. It is equipped with a two-burner electric hob, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a toaster, allowing guests to feel at home and enjoy the flexibility of preparing meals according to their own preferences.

Relax while enjoying the direct sea view from the veranda or balcony, or find shade under the gazebo, which is equipped with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. For pleasant culinary experiences, there is also a barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals and spending quality time together in the courtyard.

Although pets are often beloved members of the family, this accommodation does not allow pets. This policy has been established to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, especially those with allergies or other specific needs.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment, which provides them with complete independence and the ability to organize their holiday according to their own rhythm. For longer stays, specifically those lasting more than ten days, bed linen and towel changes are provided every five days.

Finding a parking space is not a major challenge for guests staying at this accommodation. Although there is no private parking available, cars can be parked along the street in front of the property or in its immediate vicinity, providing a convenient and worry-free start to the holiday.

Pigadaki is a peaceful and picturesque seaside settlement located on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its turquoise waters and hidden coves. Once an idyllic sandy beach approximately one hundred meters long, today it is partly used as a small marina for boats, but it still offers crystal-clear, shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Although it has only around twenty permanent residents, this small place is known for its authentic fish tavernas serving fresh seafood. Its greatest advantage is its excellent location – it is a perfect base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, such as Tourkolimnionas, Linaraki, Klimataria, Kriaritsi, and the exotic Tigania, all just a few minutes’ drive away. Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty, it is an ideal choice for those who want a holiday away from the crowds and wish to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, located approximately 142 km away.

We have just returned from this accommodation. Everything is as depicted in the photos. The accommodation is new, which is evident: dishes, stove, shower, bedding, and everything else is brand new and beautiful. It is fully equipped with cutlery, and in the yard, there is a barbecue with prepared skewers. There is a toaster. There is a TV, but we did not turn it on, so I cannot comment on the programming. The host is a superhost... she is available when needed; if you need her, you know where to find her (if she is not around, her sister Dimitra is there), but otherwise, she is not in sight. She owns a café at Klimatarija, so when you arrive, she provides you with a sunshade and loungers, which are otherwise charged at 10/20 euros. The bathroom is new and functional. The air conditioning works excellently, installed between two floors, but it cools perfectly. There are three terraces, all with a fantastic view of the sea, separated from you by just a small road... We particularly appreciated the terrace because the first morning view into the endless blue was therapeutic. The accommodation itself is in a prime location for exploring Sitonia; Tourkolimnionas, which is beautiful, is just a 5-minute walk away, the famous Klimatarija is a 4-minute drive, and on the other side is the vast Sikija. Sarti is nearby, and all other beaches are within a 10-minute drive. In just 5 minutes by car, you will find a bakery, a market, and a butcher shop on the main road. People from the nearby accommodation commented that there is a great fishing spot just 200 meters away. Unfortunately, the beach in front of the accommodation is spoiled, but that does not diminish the experience of this place. All in all, we are satisfied. (Officially, the accommodation does not have parking, but there has always been space right in front of the entrance.)

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
