Structured as a two-level maisonette, the apartment is suitable for up to four adults. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, while a staircase leads to the upper loft level with an open gallery sleeping area. The sleeping zone features a comfortable double bed, and the ground floor sofa in the kitchen area can serve as an extra bed for two.

Families with small children benefit from an added convenience: a baby crib is available on request at no additional charge, allowing parents to travel lighter and ensure a restful stay for their little ones.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers all the amenities of a modern home. An air conditioner in the gallery ensures a pleasant climate, while free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hair dryer are also provided. The practical kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a toaster, giving guests the freedom to prepare their own meals with ease.

Relax with a direct sea view from the veranda or balcony, or retreat to the shaded pergola equipped with cozy seating—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. For food lovers, there’s a barbecue area ideal for outdoor dining and socializing in the courtyard.

While pets are often beloved family members, this accommodation does not allow them. This policy is in place to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, especially those with allergies or specific needs.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment, giving them full autonomy and the freedom to set their own holiday rhythm. For stays longer than ten days, fresh linens and towels are provided every fifth day.

Finding a parking spot isn’t a major challenge for guests. Although there is no private parking, vehicles can be parked along the street in front of the property or nearby, allowing for a hassle-free arrival.

Pigadaki is a peaceful, picturesque seaside village and beach on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its turquoise waters and hidden coves. Once a pristine sandy beach about 100 meters long, it’s now partially used as a small boat marina, yet still offers crystal-clear, shallow waters—ideal for families with children. Despite having only about twenty permanent residents, the village is famous for its authentic seafood taverns serving fresh local catches.

Its biggest advantage is its great location—it’s a perfect base for exploring some of Sithonia’s most beautiful beaches, like Tourkolimnionas, Linaraki, Klimataria, Kriaritsi, and the exotic Tigania, all just minutes away by car. Thanks to its peaceful vibe and natural beauty, it’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to unwind away from the crowds and savor authentic Greek cuisine. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, about 142 kilometers away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
