Valti Lux Studios is located outside the village of Sikia, on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, at a distance of 60m from the sandy beach. Situated in a tranquil area, away from the crowds and noise, it is an ideal choice for a family vacation and friendly gatherings.

There are four studios available, all located on the ground floor. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studio can accommodate up to three adults and features a double bed and a sofa for one person. One of the quadruple studios can accommodate up to four adults and includes a double bed and a sofa for two persons, while the other quadruple studios can accommodate up to two adults and two children. They feature a double bed and bunk beds.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen with two burners and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating area, guests can enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped garden. They can indulge in barbecue preparation in a pleasant atmosphere, together with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Private parking is provided within the accommodation premises.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
