Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The accommodation is neat, pleasant, and ideal for a family holiday, far from the city crowds. Sykia is an authentic, traditional Greek village with well-preserved architecture and the true spirit of old Greece. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace, quiet, and a sense of connection with nature. Although the village is not directly on the coast, there are several beautiful beaches nearby, including the well-known Sykia Beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. The beach is spacious, with crystal-clear water and golden sand. Sykia is a great base for exploring the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia.
There is one studio and one apartment available, both located on the ground floor. The studio is suitable for up to three adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. It includes a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is suitable for up to three adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room includes two sofas and one single bed.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
