Sandi’s House is located outside the village of Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula, 200 meters from the sandy beach. The accommodation exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere, perfectly blending comfort and simplicity, while the excellent location makes it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches in the area.
The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has two single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda, furnished with seating, you can enjoy views of the garden. The pleasant atmosphere of your stay can be enhanced by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the property itself.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
