Aqua Rooms is located in the village of Valti, near Sykia, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 50 meters from the sea. Thanks to its excellent location near the beach, this accommodation is an ideal choice for guests seeking a tranquil holiday in a natural environment, away from the city crowds. The special advantages of the accommodation include proximity to the beach, a well-maintained courtyard, private parking, and a pleasant family atmosphere that makes it suitable for both couples and families.

The property has three accommodation units, consisting of two triple studios and one quadruple apartment. The triple studios are located on the ground floor and comprise an open sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. They are designed for a maximum of three adults, equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The quadruple apartment, also on the ground floor, consists of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, intended for a maximum of four adults, featuring a double bed and bunk beds. The interior of the accommodation units is simple and functional, creating a pleasant atmosphere that provides everything needed for a carefree summer vacation.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, included in the price, mosquito nets, WiFi, Smart TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The studio bathrooms have a shower without a curtain, while the apartment bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

All accommodation units have access to a shared veranda, offering a pleasant space for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxation after returning from the beach. Guests can enjoy views of the well-kept courtyard, the street, and partially the sea. There is a nicely landscaped and fenced yard with a lawn, as well as an outdoor shower, particularly convenient after a day at the beach. The yard also features a shared barbecue that guests can use during their stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done every three nights, providing guests with a more pleasant and carefree stay during their vacation.

Guests have access to four private parking spaces within the property. Parking is included in the accommodation price, allowing guests to use their car freely to explore the numerous beaches and places in Sithonia.

Valti Beach is located 50 meters from the accommodation. It is a long sandy beach with a gradual entry into the crystal clear water, ideal for families with children and those who enjoy a quieter environment. Approximately 3 km away is the renowned Sykia Beach, while Klimataria Beach is around 4 km away, known for its fine sand and turquoise sea. Tigania Beach is about 5 km from the accommodation and is one of the most beautiful hidden beaches in eastern Sithonia. The center of Sykia is about 6 km away, Sarti about 12 km, and Kalamitsi about 8 km. Thessaloniki is approximately 145 km from the accommodation, while Macedonia International Airport is around 135 km away. Due to its proximity to the sea, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to the most beautiful beaches in eastern Sithonia, Aqua Rooms is an excellent choice for guests seeking a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Halkidiki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
