Vagionas House is a neat and comfortable accommodation located in the village of Sykia, near the famous Paralia Sykias beach on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated 3 km and 640 m away from the beach with crystal clear water and 170 m from the village center, it provides guests with the perfect environment for an unforgettable vacation, remembered for days spent on the beach and evenings strolling and socializing.

This apartment is designed for a maximum of four people, with a maximum of three adults. It is located on the first floor overlooking the street, and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room is equipped with two sofas - one standard size and the other smaller.

The accommodation is air-conditioned with mosquito nets, and the air conditioning unit is located in the living room, making the stay pleasant even during the hottest periods. Guests have access to two TV sets - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as wireless WiFi internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a toaster, making it fully suitable for meal preparation. The comfort of the stay is enhanced by the availability of a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The bathroom features a shower tub with a curtain.

Outside, guests can enjoy the balcony, accessible from the living room, which is an ideal place to relax after a busy day at the beach or a spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

Guests have access to a barbecue located in the space under the staircase.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

The owners are responsible for the cleanliness of the property. Cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, towel and linen changes are done every fourth day by the owners.

Private parking is not available to apartment guests, but parking is possible nearby the property, along the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged.
