Vagionas House is a clean and comfortable accommodation located in Sykia, near the well-known Paralia Sykias beach on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated 3 km and 640 m from the beach, with its crystal-clear waters, and just 170 m from the town center, it offers guests the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday, remembered for days spent on the beach and evenings enjoying walks and socializing.

The apartment, suitable for a maximum of four adults and ideal for a family or a group of friends, is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room is equipped with two single sofas.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with the air-conditioning unit located in the living room, making the stay comfortable even during the hottest periods. Guests have access to two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—as well as wireless Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer, and toaster, making it fully suitable for meal preparation. The availability of a washing machine and hairdryer further contributes to a comfortable stay.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor space on the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and is an ideal place to relax after an eventful day at the beach or enjoy a morning coffee.

Cleaning is provided every fourth day of the stay, when the owners also provide guests with a clean set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves.

Private parking is not available to apartment guests, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the property, along the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged.
