Accommodation description

Suzzana House is located in Toroni in the first row by the sea, next to the supermarket in the center. Suzzana House is a good choice for those who want decent accommodation on a great location.

The building was built in 1980 and renovated in 2015.

In total, there are seven studios (15m2). Three of them have a larger balcony than the other four studios. All studios have two connected single beds and one single bed.

All studios have internet, kitchen, TV and mosquito nets. Some of the studios have a sea view.

In the yard there is a barbecue which guests can use as well as parking. The yard is small and lovely, with a lot of greenery and flowers, there are several sunbeds and seating furniture.

Bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.

To arrive at the Suzzana accommodation, when you enter Toroni, you should drive the street by the beach and after passing the Afroditi tavern, you should drive another 30m and you will arrive at the accommodation Suzzana.

This modest accommodation is a good choice for undemanding guests who want to be near the sea and the promenade.

The apartment is extremely dirty, with a noticeable smell of mold and dampness. The accommodation is disastrous.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
