If you imagined your dream holiday in a house on the beach, Comfort House (80m2) is the accommodation you are looking for. From the moment you step out of the yard, you'll find yourself in the tiny sand and after one minute you'll be in a crystal clear sea. This accommodation is a true oasis of peace and provides complete privacy for you, your family and friends.

Comfort House is located on Tristinika beach. The nearest mini-market is located in the camp 150m away, the closest tavern Dimitris is 200m away and the famous beach bar Ethnik is nearby. The beach does not have a long shallow, therefore it's better for families with a bit older children.

The house has two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor, there's a living room with a kitchen, a folding sofa bed and a corner sofa bed for two, as well as a bedroom with one double bed. The kitchen is equipped with necessary dishes and a large refrigerator, but the stove with oven is located in the summer kitchen. There's also a toilet without a shower cabin. Along the wooden steps, you'll climb into the attic with three single beds (one mattress only), as well as the folding sofa bed for two (narrower than the standard double bed). Two bathrooms with enclosed shower area with a curtain are behind the house.

The house has a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, tumble dryer and a hairdryer. On the porch (three steps above the ground level) there's a table with chairs, and next to the house there's a summer kitchen with a barbecue and table with chairs.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the yard. Guests can use 10 deck chairs, two umbrellas and two canoes. Guests receive clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the accommodation to replace it, as they feel that guests should have their privacy during a stay. There's a washing machine available, so you can use it if you need to wash something during your stay.

The house is located in the same courtyard as Sweet Home (another house rented by these owners).

Guided by GPS, at the junction for the Etnik beach bar turn off the asphalt to macadam road towards the bar, and after the Dimitris tavern, turn left and follow the road that'll lead you to Comfort House.

Comfort House is a great choice for anyone looking for complete privacy and the accommodation on the beach. It's especially recommended to families with children and those who'd spend a summer vacation with a large group of friends.

Owners description

Comfort House, built in 2014, is located on the famous sandy beach Tristinika in Toroni. From the house you can go directly to the beach, there is no road in between, which makes it very safe for families with children.

Comfort House can accommodate 8-10 people, and there is a possibility to add children's crib. On the ground floor, there are bedroom, living room and bathroom, while in the attic there is a room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed for two people and two single beds, and one mattress and the possibility of inserting additional beds. Also, there are two new bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a classic stove with oven. In front of the house, there's an equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and a stove with oven. In the courtyard, there are three showers with hot water and on the beach free parasols and deck chairs for guests.

The house has a signal for wireless internet. Doors and windows have mosquito nets, and in the house, there are anti-mosquito devices. Guests receive clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the house during the stay to clean because they feel that guests should have their privacy during their stay.
