Regarding the Stone House studio, where we stayed last year as well, the location is excellent - everything is just a couple of steps away: shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owner, Maria, is a wonderful woman, always available for anything we might need.

The accommodation at Stone House is quite satisfactory. We stayed in a studio for four people, which is standard for this type of lodging in Greece. It features a small kitchen, beds in the room, and a table with chairs on the terrace. Everything is clean, decent, and there is a charming little courtyard with toys for children. The kind hostess Maria, who lives on the ground floor, is unobtrusive yet always available if assistance is needed. Toroni is a small, tranquil place with limited amenities, making it excellent for those who wish to avoid excessive crowds. The sea is beautiful, calm, and clean, and the beach is vast, with the finest pebbles. In some areas, the shallows extend further, while in others, the depth increases quickly. Nearby, there are many lovely and well-known beaches worth visiting.

The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of all the happenings, directly across from the beach. The landlady does not speak English, which complicates communication, but she is otherwise an exceptionally kind and pleasant woman. The bed linen and towels were only changed after five days. The studio is smaller than a student room. 😂

Regarding the reservation through the Nikana agency, everything went perfectly. One just needs to be cautious about the method of deposit payment, as sending money via Western Union is quite unfavorable. Toroni. A small place, a vast beach, and a wonderful sea. The sunsets are breathtaking. One can enjoy the beach until late hours. Stone House. It is situated in an excellent location. Beach, parking, shop, bakery, restaurant... Everything is within a 50m radius. My wife and I stayed in a three-bed studio, number 7. A matrimonial bed and one special bed. The studio is tidy, clean, and has a comfortable terrace. There is always hot water and good pressure. The shortcomings primarily relate to the equipment in the studio, and with a little effort and better engagement from the owner, they can be easily remedied. It is a pity that it is this way. The stove is nearly unusable. It takes 20-30 minutes to brew coffee. The television is unusable (poor signal). There was the Olympics, and we would have liked to watch something at least once. There is no trash can. On the last day, the shower handle broke, and the hose burst. I believe that the owner should indeed invest some effort and a very small amount of money into the studio that is rented for €76 per day, to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant.

The period from July 27, 2024, to August 6, 2024. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and tidy, and the location is excellent (30m from the beach, without noise). The studio accommodates 4 people, and the additional bed pulls out easily, providing ample space, with the commendation that the kitchen area is quite distant from the beds. The terrace is spacious and furnished with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, always with enough hot water. The place met our expectations, except for the part where they empty the septic tanks every morning, which results in an unpleasant smell in the early hours.

This is a beautiful studio located on the first floor of a single-story house. The studio is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The level of hygiene is satisfactory. The landlady is very kind and a good woman.

We have just returned from Toronto, where we visited for the second time. This time, we stayed at the Stone House, previously known as Petrina House. We were accommodated in room number 2 on the ground floor, which featured a double bed and a bunk bed for the children. The kids are 14 and 11 years old, and I must say that I do not recommend this accommodation for older children than this age, as the apartment is very, very cramped. The landlady, Maria, is an exceptionally kind woman and is always available for anything you might need. The location of the apartment is excellent; from the yard, you can head in two directions toward the beach, allowing you to choose where you want to go. We had parking across the street. A bakery is located right in front of the apartment, a store is 50 meters away, and Gyromania is across the street, along with a children's amusement park and shops for beach essentials. The noise from the playroom is minimal, so it does not affect the accommodation. There are sun loungers on the beach in the direction of the accommodation, and they are from Gyromania. This year, they cost 10 euros. Additionally, there is plenty of space for your umbrellas. There is also a shower on the beach. The water, as always, is beautiful, always clean, and warm.

The studio is situated in an excellent location. This is our second year staying here, and the bed linens and towels are regularly changed; however, the greatest drawback is the studio's equipment. I have small and picky children, which compels me to cook for them. The kitchen is poorly equipped, so my advice to mothers is to at least bring their own cutlery, as the available utensils are only suitable for children to play with (I had to buy spoons and forks for myself and my husband at a nearby market for 2.5 euros), along with a few glasses and a small pot. Another negative aspect is the internet, which has a terrible signal at any time of the day! For me, these two factors are the most important when choosing accommodation!

The hosts are wonderful and kind, making you feel right at home. The apartments are tidy and equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to the beach yet secluded from noise. The yard is well-kept and child-friendly. Highly recommended!

There is a lack of side sun protection, with only frontal coverage, which is not useful in the morning hours, making it impossible to sit on the terrace until 10-11 AM due to the sun. We entered the room very quickly after arriving in Toroni, around noon, which deserves every praise. The rooms are clean and tidy. The accommodation is just 2-3 minutes from the beach. On the beach, we used sunbeds at the Giromania beach bar, which is also run by the owner of these apartments. Here you can also try the best gyros in Toroni. All in all, it was an excellent vacation. Everything has been described quite well by Nikana, with the note that the double bed is rather short, so I ended up sleeping in a separate bed. Additionally, another note that needs to be amended on the voucher is the check-out time, which does not align with the owner's schedule.

As in every year, we were welcomed by an impeccably clean and tidy environment, which is our priority. The accommodation fully corresponds to the description and images. A significant advantage is the fenced private parking nearby, where you can leave your car in the shade without worrying about finding a free parking spot after visiting the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. The owners, Maria and Athanasios, are very kind and pleasant hosts, always smiling, and their gyros is definitely the best in Toroni. You maintain and clean your apartment yourself, and you can change the bed linens and towels every five days. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and, of course, Nikana.

We stayed in a 3+1 studio featuring a double bed measuring 150 x 190, from which a drawer with a traditional mattress can be pulled out, making it cramped if all beds are in use. The kitchen lacks a smaller pot, as it only has a frying pan and one very large pot. An oven is available. Additionally, there is dish soap and a sponge, a Trulex cloth, as well as liquid soap in the bathroom. The terraces are comfortable, and there is a mosquito net on the doors, as well as in the bathroom. The beach and market are nearby. The landlord has a restaurant on the beach with sun loungers, and you can also order gyros from him, which I believe is the best. You need to request towels and bed linen from the landlady; I waited, but on the eighth day, I asked when I realized I wouldn't receive them, and we were staying for 13 nights.

The Ta Petrina apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We had all the appliances we needed at our disposal. The children played outside constantly. It is very close to the beach, where one can enjoy several beach bars. We arrived late and were welcomed without any issues. However, there was one problem with the room: water was leaking from the shower tub, causing the bathroom to remain wet at all times.

We have just returned from the beautiful Toroni and even better hosts at Ta Petrina. Everything is exactly as you described in your offer. The accommodation is located close to the beach, where we enjoyed the café and restaurant owned by the hostess Maria and her family. They serve excellent gyros and offer the possibility of using sun loungers and umbrellas all day with the purchase of two drinks during the day. As in everything else, they are very unobtrusive, warm, and flexible, just as every guest would wish. Guests take care of changing the linens and cleaning the studio, which suited us perfectly, while the hostess is always there to help in any way and greet you with a smile and a friendly good morning. It is important to note that parking is a huge advantage, as you are not parked somewhere along the road, but in a fenced area with six other cars, just as many as there are accommodation units. So, if you go exploring other beaches and places, your parking spot is waiting for you. Some might find the small size of the studio bothersome, but it didn't matter to us at all, as we were only there to sleep... the terrace is nice, large enough, ours with a partial sea view, mosquito nets, and enough kitchenware, just as needed... I have nothing more to add, except that we are very satisfied and would always return both to Toroni and to Ta Petrina. Warm regards and a heartfelt recommendation to everyone.

Due to the bad weather and the stomach virus my son had, I had to shorten our vacation from 11 to 8 nights. I also want to thank the active people from Nikana who were always there for any questions I had.
