Sotiris Luxury Villas is a newly built accommodation with a pool and private parking, situated in a peaceful location (Kalivia, Limenaria). It offers guests privacy and everything necessary for a beautiful and a pleasant stay.
It is situated in Limenaria. The strict center is at the distance of 1.3km away, while the nearest store is just across the street.
The beach is located at the distance of 1.4km.
The accommodation consists of a total of eight villas, which can accommodate up to six people.
These are six-bed studios (maisonettes, 181m2), spread over three levels (ground floor, first floor, and attic) and are similarly equipped. They consist of two double beds and a sofa, which unfolds, so that two people can sleep on it. Each floor has its own balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Guests have access to WiFi, A/C (one per each level), TV, hairdryer, kitchen with cooker, coffee maker, toaster, standard fridge with freezer compartment, balconies with courtyard views, additional bathroom, pool and private parking. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins with glass partition.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The accommodation has a private parking, which means that a parking space is guaranteed to its’ guests.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
