Hotel Description

Sophia Maisonettes is a brand new building with only two maisonettes, so guests have peace and privacy guaranteed. The first (and satisfied) guests were hosted in June 2018. The accommodation is excellent choice for all those who want quality and well equipped accommodation, as well as good location, not far from the beach.

Accommodation is located in Toroni, at 120m from the beautiful sandy beach. Market, taverns and other facilities are about 200m away.

The maisonettes consist of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom, another bathroom and a terrace on the first floor. They can accommodate a total of six adults.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for a child or an adult to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and has complete dishes and cutlery, electric kettle, filter coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer. Both maisonettes have a classic stove with an oven. The bathrooms on the ground floor have a shower cabin, and on the first floor they only have a toilet. All bathrooms have a hairdryer. The bedroom on the first floor has three single beds and the exit to the spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting area. The first maisonette by the street has a sea view.

Maisonettes are comfortable and the total area is 85m2, with a 30m2 ground floor, a 20m2 first floor and a 15m2 terrace on the upper floor and a balcony on the ground floor. Both maisonettes have a big veranda on the ground floor, with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. Also, there’s one large air conditioner on the ground floor, so the owners consider it sufficient to cool both levels.

Maisonettes also feature internet, a 32” TV located on the ground floor. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed on the half of stay (once a week for stays longer than 14 days), as well as complete cleaning.

A small and nicely arranged courtyard, a movable grill and a large private parking is also provided.

The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Toroni, near the center and at just 2-minute walk from the beach. Perfect choice for families looking for a peaceful holiday, close to a very beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear sea and beautiful sunsets.

You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. When you pass the mini market Smile, you will drive another 200m and turn into the second smaller street to the left (counting from the Smile market). After 50m you will see Sophia Maisonettes accommodation.

It’s suitable for families or a large company, as well as for everyone who would like to spend a holiday in a new and clean accommodation, with lots of privacy and almost no crowd in the yard.

A beautiful accommodation, but the water in it is unsuitable even for showering as it has an unpleasant smell and an orange color.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
