Overall, the accommodation met our expectations, as we had read reviews prior to our arrival. The greatest advantage is the proximity to the beach and the fact that each studio comes with its own two sun loungers and umbrella. Cleanliness was rated 8/10, with bed linens changed every five days, although we had to change them ourselves. Disadvantages: there is no hot water in the kitchen, the internet is abysmal, Viber barely works, and the biggest drawback of all is the presence of wasps on the terrace, making it nearly impossible to sit outside. The owner provided us with some spray to deal with them, but it was only temporarily effective; every day they would rebuild their nest around the awning mechanism.

We spent a week in studio number 1. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and they have umbrellas with deck chairs. The studio itself is small, and everything in it is old and worn out, yet somehow functional. The internet is nearly unusable, which we expected, so it didn't bother us too much. What really irritated us was the owner of the accommodation who came on the last evening to ask when we were leaving. When we told him we were leaving before 12, he started shouting that we had to leave by 9, at the latest 10. I checked the voucher from Nikane which states check-in after 14h and check-out before 12h, and I emailed them asking what was going on, to which they replied that due to other guests arriving, we still had to leave before 10. I don't understand why it says otherwise on the voucher. In the meantime, the owner came again and started shouting that we had arrived early and therefore had to leave early. We not only did not arrive early, but we actually came 3 days later because our child had fallen ill, which we tried to explain to him, but he was not only rude but also apparently does not understand English. If he had simply come and asked us to leave earlier, everything would have been fine.

A classic Greek accommodation, very tidy and proper. The owner is not intrusive and does not pester.

We were accommodated in studio number 8 on the second floor, which features two bunk beds. The studio appears spacious in the pictures, but in reality, it is not. The biggest issue was the smaller bunk bed intended for two children, as they are not allowed to climb up, because, as I mentioned, everything is different in person than it appears in the photos. The air conditioning unit installed above the terrace door cannot cool the upper bed, as the vents can only be raised so high that they blow underneath it, making it impossible to sleep there. When we arrived, there was no soap, and the toilet was quite dirty, while the rest was acceptable. Overall, this should not be rented as a family studio for two children; it may be suitable for a maximum of three adults, but even that is very inconvenient for sleeping. Additionally, there is only one wardrobe to store belongings, and it is very small.

We stayed at Stelios Melisis in Toroni from July 4th to July 16th, 2024, with two children, having made our reservation through Nikana. The location is excellent, just about twenty meters from the beach, providing natural shade, and the price includes a sunshade and two loungers. Nearby, there are shops and restaurants, the beach is clean, and the sea is beautiful, clear, calm, and warm. Studio number 3 is modest, but everything is functional. We had an unpleasant encounter with the landlord, who, after a few days of our stay, knocked on our door one night around 11 PM and, under the influence of alcohol, entered to check if we had paid, as he had not recorded it. He later apologized.

Do not allow those ten days a year that you plan to enjoy your vacation to be spent in such poor accommodation. The furniture is outdated, the rooms are small, the beds are cramped, the dishes are unusable, and the toilet works more often than not. The restaurant is right below, so the cooking odors linger all day long. But that’s not the biggest issue; the greater problem is the "outdoor" toilet, which is also located in the yard, specifically beneath the accommodation, where the stench of feces permeates the air alongside the cooking smells. Just imagine the odor when the tank arrives to empty the septic system.

The accommodation is located right by the beach. We chose a duplex apartment on the ground floor, number 4. The apartment is perfect for two couples or parents with older children, as the bedrooms are separate. The terrace is spacious, and there is a lovely courtyard in front. A grill and private parking are available. Additionally, what’s great is that you receive sun loungers and umbrellas with the accommodation. The owner and staff are exceptionally friendly. The apartment was clean, and fresh towels were, of course, always provided. I always leave room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, but it was far from dirty. As for our apartment, the only downside is the accordion door to the bathroom that squeaks, and the short shower curtain that splashes water around. The air conditioning is new and does not incur an extra charge. Towels are changed every 5 days, but since we stayed for 7 days, we received new ones after three days. All in all, we are satisfied. 😊

The best impression is undoubtedly your website, where one can easily and honestly obtain information about accommodations. Regarding the accommodations, the exceptional location is a significant advantage, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The drawbacks include very narrow terraces, somewhat inferior cookware, and frequent drops in water pressure, likely due to the height of three floors. The location of the accommodation is excellent, but the mattresses are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Additionally, there is insufficient diningware, but overall it is good.

Considering that we only spent three nights in the apartment, the only thing I can say is that we managed to endure. The stove was not functioning, the entire apartment was in a state of disrepair, the screens were torn, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The noise was significant. That's all. :(

The apartment is extremely dirty, the bathroom is in very poor condition, and the kitchen is unusable. The location and the yard are perfect, as is the parking.

The owner is exceptionally unkind. The television does not work. The internet is not functioning. The apartment does not match the photos. On the first day, the owner unpleasantly arrives to collect the remaining payment. He reacts extremely uncomfortably to every criticism and question. There are no adequate doors in the bathroom. In my opinion, it is not worth even close to the amount paid.

The location of the property is exceptional. The beach in front of the property is fantastic, as is the entire area. Toroni is the opposite of Nikiti and Sarti in terms of crowds, which are virtually non-existent here, even in the peak season. In the afternoon and at night, there is complete tranquility, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy such an environment. Apartment 9, where we stayed, is spacious, appears modern, and features two terraces - one shaded in the morning and the other in the afternoon. It can comfortably accommodate five people, and theoretically even six smaller ones. Aside from a few minor details in the apartment's furnishings and general functioning, the accommodation is highly recommended.

I must emphasize that the owner does not mention that they are renting apartments in two different houses. What is displayed are nicer apartments, but you may end up getting an apartment located above the restaurant (apartments 1,23) which were renovated a decade ago. The kitchen and bathroom are in a deplorable state. Hygiene is concerning. These apartments are not shown in the pictures, misleading future guests. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, and despite it being perhaps affordable, once you see the condition of the apartments, you will realize that you have overpaid for your stay.

We are currently staying here for the first time in this apartment, which is our second in Toronto. Apartment number 9 is relatively new, featuring two French beds and two terraces, one of which is usable. The kitchen is equipped with only the bare essentials. The bathroom looks as if it has never been cleaned. The faucet has probably been there since the building was constructed. You change the bed linens yourself every 5-6 days. The food in the restaurant is decent, but they have slightly raised the prices. Everything is close by, and since the beach and the sea are wonderful, all of this is overlooked. The landlord is not open to communication, except when handing over the keys and collecting payment. Best regards!

The accommodation is new and well-equipped, but the tap water is salty and unsuitable for drinking and cooking. The location is excellent, and the owner is friendly and available if anything is needed. The distance to the tavern, bakery, beach, and market is just 20 meters.

The apartment is spacious and conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. We were disappointed by the musty smell, the lack of a door on the bathroom, which only has a folding screen, and the fact that the plumbing in the bathroom makes noise every time someone above flushes the toilet. Fortunately, everyone went to bed early.

The prices are exorbitant in relation to the quality, and the service is lacking. The host is unfriendly, the accommodation is cramped, and the bathroom is barely accessible due to its size. Absolutely nothing is as it should be, except for the proximity to the beach.

An exceptionally high-quality apartment in terms of furnishings, featuring comfortable furniture, a refrigerator, a stove, two air conditioners, and an abundance of light coming from various angles. Towels and bed linens are regularly changed. The presence of two terraces is a great advantage, but their usability is rather limited. One terrace is significantly restricted by the real circumstances due to the adjacent building, where the steps of that structure offer zero privacy, while the other terrace could have been larger. The tables and chairs are quite large, making it uncomfortable for four people to sit normally, as they constantly have to shift or sit awkwardly. The internet signal does not cover the apartment, except on the terrace facing the other building. The availability of private parking is a significant plus. The location of the property is satisfactory, set back from the street, yet not far from the beach, although the surroundings have their drawbacks. For Greece, the apartment is indeed well-equipped, but due to minor shortcomings and Toroni as a vacation destination, the price is quite steep.

We stayed in a four-bed apartment with a view of the beach for nine nights. Our first impression was that it was very clean and tidy. The proximity to the beach is a significant advantage, at least for us. The terrace was excellent, featuring a large table and four chairs, along with a beautiful view of the sea. All terraces are equipped with awnings. The bathroom lacks traditional doors, instead having roller doors that do not seal very well. The heating is quite weak, sufficient only for reheating small quantities of food. We did not have much contact with the owner, as he is very busy working in the tavern located on the ground floor of the building and does not speak much English, but there were no unpleasant experiences; on the contrary, everything was great. All guests receive two sun loungers and an umbrella, which is wonderful, but the downside is that you have to carry them to the beach in the morning and bring them back in the evening.

An excellent accommodation for the price, clean, with a restaurant that offers outstandingly delicious food. The beach, bakery, and store are within easy reach. Perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommended.

An exceptionally beautiful place. The apartment we stayed in was clean, new, spacious, and well-equipped. The beach is very close, just a few steps away, and it is extremely clean, without any crowds. Stelios provides free sun umbrellas and loungers, which was yet another pleasant surprise for me. The hosts are very kind and ready to help; they responded quickly to any problem or request we had. Nearby the apartment, there is a bakery and a market. Within the apartment complex, there is parking and a restaurant with excellent food. All praise, we will definitely return next year.
