If you're looking for quality and modern accommodation in the second row to the sea, Stelios Melissis Apartments is the perfect choice for you. Its big advantage is an attractive location near taverns, cafes and the beach. Few accommodation units are completely new and they are equipped with a high quality furniture.

The accommodation is only around 20m far from the beach, there's a tavern within the accommodation and the nearest supermarket is only 50m away.

In the offer are one triple studio (no. 1), two quadruple studios (no. 2 and 3), three apartments with two bedrooms (no. 4, 5 and 6) and three new units: one quadruple studio (no. 8) and two quadruple apartments (no. 7 and 9), but in one (no. 9) can be added an extra bed.

Triple studio on the first floor, overlooks the backyard and has one double and a single bed.

Out of two quadruple studios on the first floor with a sea view, one has two double beds smaller than the standard ones (no. 2), while the second has one double and bunk beds (no. 3).

Two quadruple apartments on the ground floor have one double in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The third has one double, one single and a double bed narrower than the standard one.

Quadruple studio is new and it's located on the second floor. This studio has a gallery with one double bed and another double bed in the room with the kitchen.

Quadruple apartment on the second floor is new, with one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the room with a kitchen. This apartment overlooks the neighbooring building in front.

Quadruple apartment (4+1) on the second floor is also new. After entering the apartment, there's a room with one double bed, one armchair which can't be folded and here can be added an auxiliary single bed, if needed, while the other double bed is in the kitchen separated by a door. This apartment has two air conditioners, two TV sets and two terraces (without an awning) overlooking the neighboring buildings.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, balcony with table and chairs, a drying rack, fully equipped kitchen with necessary dishes, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and hot plates, some accommodation units have a small oven. The bathrooms have enclosed shower, some have curtain, some don't. We would like note that some apartments have sliding doors in bathrooms. New studios and apartments have shower cabins and large refrigerators.

Replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after five nights.

Private parking is provided, as well as a barbecue with table and chairs in the yard. Each room gets two sunbeds and a parasolfree of charge.

Enter Toroni from Neos Marmaras and drive along the main street by the sea. Pass the children's amusment park and Sunset Studios, and 200m later you will reach see the Stelios tavern and Stelios Melissis Apartments.

Stelios Melissis Apartments is the accommodation located on the beach in Toroni, at only 20m from the sea.

With lots of love and passion, we created our small business consisting of four apartments and five studios, fully equipped with all the comforts and our aim is to offer you a comfortable and beautiful vacation.

Our clean and comfortable apartments and studios will make you feel like your home. Our lodging is at just 20m from the beach, on a private road behind our tavern. This year (2018) we have prepared our new apartments and restored the rest. For each accommodation unit, our guests will have a parasol and two beach chairs to take to the beach.

Studio no. 1 is on the first floor and it can accommodate up to three persons. Studios no. 2 and 3 are also on the first floor and have sea view. The both can accommodate up to two adults and two children. In studio no. 2 there are two double beds, queen size, while in the studio no. 3 there is one double bed and bunk beds.

The apartments no. 4, 5 and 6 are on the ground floor. They are duplex apartments consisted of two bedrooms and kitchen Only apartment no. 6 can accommodate up to five persons, while no. 4 and 5 can accommodate up to four persons.

New apartments no. 7 and 9, as well as luxury studio no. 8 are on the third floor. In the apartment no. 7 in the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the room with kitchen there are bunk beds. In the apartment no. 9 there are two king size double beds and one single bed. The luxury studio can accommodate up to four persons, if all four are adults, or two adults and three children, if the children are young.

In our tavern, in front of the house, you can enjoy the local cuisine with fresh meat and seafood.
