The apartments are excellent and very clean, situated in a newer building. The owners are exceptionally kind and good people. The apartments are slightly smaller than they appear in the pictures, and the terraces are not enclosed.

The accommodation is quite small, although it is advertised as suitable for 5 people, realistically it is only adequate for 3. The apartment is relatively well-maintained and has everything necessary, except there is no room to turn around, especially for a family with 3 children and 2 adults. I reminded them about the bedding halfway through our vacation, and both times they provided us with fewer towels and bed linens, despite knowing there are five of us; of course, they leave the bedding on the terrace and do not change it. The sewage smell is quite strong in the evening, making it impossible to sit on the terrace at times. Honestly, it is not worth the price at which it is rented. Toroni is beautiful, but the other accommodations are better.

The location is fantastic. The smell of sewage is noticeable, to the point that it became unbearable on several occasions. In ten days, no one cleaned or changed the linens. It's a pity, as there is a lot of potential. I wouldn't vacation here again.

It was fantastic... parking in front of the apartment, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a new kitchen with all the necessary utensils... you can use the grill whenever you wish. Just 50-60 meters from the beach... the owners are communicative and cultured... I highly recommend it.

The owners are friendly, although they should provide bed linens and towels themselves instead of guests having to remind them.

Blue Village Studios is a highly recommended accommodation. It is clean, everything is new and cozy, yet very close to the beach. We will definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. For a good price (80 euros for a five-person apartment), we received a tidy, clean, and very decently furnished apartment where the five of us (the children are 15, 17, and 19 years old, so they are not small) could comfortably stay for 10 days. The apartment itself is beautifully designed; instead of mismatched items, there is a uniform set of cutlery, all the plates are from the same set, and the furniture matches the bedding. The double bed is comfortable, and the balcony is spacious enough for all five of us to dine and play board games together, and we had room for a sun umbrella, beach bag, balls, etc. The beach is just a one-minute walk away. It is very convenient that the owners also run a store, so everything is easy to obtain. There is also a communal area right next to the apartments that is spacious, allowing us to have dinner and socialize with my sister's family several times. Pros: I have already mentioned everything. We would definitely come back to Blue Village Studios. Cons: These are minor issues, but let me list them. We had to ask for new towels and bedding ourselves (but we received them right away). The owners did not clean the apartment, but I believe we could have asked them to do that as well. (It was fine for us to do it ourselves, and we didn't stress much about it because - vacation.) The apartment lacks two nightstands and a few hooks in the bathroom where things could be left/hung. Finally, the sofa in the kitchen, which pulls out, is quite hard and not long enough, so our children had to rotate and sleep diagonally (and our sons' feet were sticking out). However, compared to many shabby and cramped apartments found throughout Greece, this one was excellent!

Toroni is an excellent destination for families with young children or older couples, as it is peaceful and quiet. In the evenings, there is no noise or crowd, allowing for restful sleep. The beach features fine gravel, and the gradual entry into the water may be longer due to small children, but it is available. There are no amenities for older children and young couples, so it is important to note this; they should choose it if it suits their preferences. The Blue Village accommodation is in a great location, the first row by the water, with ground-level pavilions. The room has a double bed and a bunk bed, which is unusually large. There is a small bed in the kitchen. All five apartments have been renovated, and everything in them is new. At the entrance to the courtyard, there is a shop under the same ownership.
