LUS Apartment is located on the southwest peninsula of Sithonia, in Toroni, a place known for its fantastic sunsets and boasting one of the longest beaches in Sithonia, just 60m away. Over two kilometers of fine golden sand will enchant you and make you carefree about beach crowds.

The apartment, designed to accommodate up to five adults, is a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, at the first-floor level, it has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area and another bedroom. Each bedroom in this apartment has a double bed, while the open gallery has a single bed.

A baby cot is available to guests, upon request and within the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with an air conditioner in the living room and a fan in the attic bedroom, offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the attic bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on the furnished balcony, as well as enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
