Hotel Description

Yellow Houses is the accommodation in Pyrgadikia, tucked into a beautifully landscaped yard, full of greenery and flowers. It’s located on a slope along the road, and each room has a sea view. It offers a nice and pleasant holiday to its guests, it’s extremely clean and the owners are very kind.

The rocky and non-organized beach is only 50m away. The first tavern is 400m away, while smaller shops, bars and more taverns can be found in Pirgadikia, which is 2km away.

Yellow Houses consists of 12 accommodation units.

Accommodation unit type I (40m2) is a triple studio on the ground floor, with three single beds, open plan kitchen (8m2), furnished covered terrace with a sea view, small yard and a toilet with hairdryer.

Accommodation unit type II (45m2) is a four-bed apartment on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room, an equipped open plan kitchen (8m2) with two folding sofa beds, furnished terrace with a sea view, small yard and a toilet with hairdryer.

Accommodation unit type III (50m2) is a four-bed maisonette on the upper floor. It has two folding sofa beds in the living room, an open plan kitchen, a staircase that leads to the open plan gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional single beds, furnished terrace (8m2) with a sea view and a toilet with hairdryer.

Accommodation unit type IV (55m2) is a five-bed maisonette on the upper floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, open plan gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional single beds, furnished terrace (8m2) with a sea view and a toilet with hairdryer.

Accommodation unit type V (55m2) is a four-bed maisonette on the upper floor. It has an open plan living room with two folding sofa beds, an internal staircase that leads to the second level with two single beds, terrace (8m2) with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with hairdryer.

Accommodation unit type VI (50m2) is a four-bed apartment. It has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen that has a double sofa bed. The apartment has two terraces, one with mountain view and the other one with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV and the internet. Guests have access to laundry service, a small playground for children and parking.

You will reach the accommodation by turning from the main road towards Agios Nikolaos, which also leads to Pyrgadikia. The accommodation is on the way, so you will notice it on the left side of the road.

Yellow Houses are recommended to guests who’d like to rest in a quiet location in nicely equipped and clean accommodation.

Adults are considered to be persons older than 3 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
